“First time at Texas celebrating our anniversary. From the time we walked through the doors to the hostess to walking outside (stormy and they had men offering to walk you to your car with umbrellas) to leave top notched service. Food was amazing, service fabulous, drinks tasty and on point. Everyone was friendly, professional and gave top notch service. Highly recommend!!“
“Went here for a date night and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. We let our waiter recommend drinks and food and everything was delicious. We sat inside but would love to try the patio next time. I would have liked to see a bigger wine selection..probably my only critique. We really did like that the manager(?) recommended one of the wines to us because he knew the owner of the vineyard. We’ll be back soon!“
“Didn’t really care for the steak quesadillas (kids menu) neither did my 13 year old son. Weren’t feeling the cheese. Could have been hotter.Buffalo tacos are pretty good though. The queso on one of our steak tacos was cold and hard by the time I tried to eat it.“
“Was from out of town working down the street. Stumbled across this place. When looking at the back of the building (opposite of aparaho rd side) it is on the right side. Had the avacado blt and egg rolls. Great ingredients and perfectly done. Such a nice gentlemen running it all. So cool can get classic deli options and asian food options too. Wish this deli was across the street from my work where I am from.“
“First time trying this place & I loved it. The pineapple mango smoothie was a bit pricey but man did it taste REFRESHING! I got the borough & yes ! I love love loved it ! Definitely will be a regular now. Oh & the ladies were very nice too.“
“They have a little sampler platter for your first time there. The clam chowder soup is my favorite ever. I tried a fried platter and it was really good. I didn’t try the main courses because I came in for a snack. The deserts are also really good. Service was amazing.“
“Last night a group of friends and I decided to stay local and hit up a bar in Richardson. We chose The tavern and it was such a good time. A dive bar with pool tables, foosball, games and karaoke. Needless to say, our group of 12 Asians enjoyed our night. Drinks were priced just right, casual vibes and we sang our hearts out on stage. 10/10!!!!“
“Just came in to have a few beers. We didn't eat anything, just drank. I had a dark porter beer and it was real good. I love the fact that this place plays classic rock (70's, and 80's) over the speakers. Guitars & Growlers has a nice atmosphere and the staff seemed friendly.“
“This is a high end American food place. It had some of the best prime rib I’ve ever had. The chocolate cake was also very yummy and moist. I really recommend getting the crab cake, while it is on the pricier side it was almost entirely lump crab meat and delicious with the poblano sauce.“
“Shady's is a semi-open air bar & restaurant on Custer, tucked away from the tollway in a quiet, shady part of town. It's a nice place for lunch, especially when the weather is nice. The price is reasonable, and the food is good. I've had their burger, and their Marg Chicken salad, which were both good. It's a great lunch spot to chill for a while.“
“Great food. They handled our group of 12 with ease. Everything was impressive imo. I will be back soon for more jerk wings. My order:mac and cheese turkey leg: 10/10Jerk wings: 8/10Samosa trio: 7/10. The salmon samosa was 10/10 but the chicken did not fit my palette but many others in the group loved them.Overall I want to try several items on the menu and I wish the owners continued success.“
“Fun place for kids or kids at heart (who like pinball, street fighter or Pac-Man). Wife and I went here after a date night dinner. $12 per person. This place has skee-ball! 21 and over starts after 9p. Food and drinks are available, we did not partake. Go for the Galaga or BurgerTime but stay for the Skee-ball. Another fun one to try is Jubeat and Wacca. Both are Japanese rhythm arcade games. Very hard but very fun (sadly only one player at a time though). Be a kid again and wax nostalgic.“
“Great place! The food was great: good quality and flavorful. Many options for breakfast and lunch. Pancakes are big. My husband and I shared the blueberry pancake and it was delicious ? I plan to visit again and try a new item. They have a few seats for outside sitting but I enjoy sitting inside. Unfortunately no breakfast bar though, but no biggie. Come check it out and have your own experience.“
“Great service!!!!! The food is served in a timely manner, cooked to order. The staff is great and on the ball. If you are in the area, please go to this IHop. Only drawback is that it is kind of tight in the restaurant but overall a 5* experience. The times my wife and I have been there, from ordering to paying, we were in and out in under 1 hour.“
“Great concept but not layout is a little confusing and I was overwhelmed when I walked in. Staff is nice and helpful. Not my usual spot but it was nice it was near the location I needed to be after. If you are a regular coffee drinker, I don’t recommend the slush. I was curious but didn’t cover my coffee needs. Taste great! I’m sure the regular coffee does too.“
“Great local hang out with good food and great drinks. Lots of regulars & loyal people, so be ready to wait for a seat at the bar. We LOVE Jamison. The no Bullshit effect! ? He is personable, a great friend and gives great service and is straight to the point. If you can’t handle it, you should go to one of those posh places that pet people, LOL! Customer for life because of him! ❤️Dietary restrictions: Wings are a great option too!!“
“I was un the mood for ribs and had to stop in. Got the ribs and the chicken, both were good, but the 1/2 chicken was the much better value. 4 ribs for $12 was a little too much for the small amount of meat. That averages to $36/slab, and I would've left hungry had I gone that option. Nice weather didn't didn't affect the ordering as you are sometimes in the elements when you initially order.“
“My husband loves breakfast places and this one is one of his favorites! The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. They have some Mexican options like chilaquiles, carne asada and more so I can always eat something since I'm not a big breakfast person Overall it's a great place to eat!“
“I have family in the Dallas area, and when I come visit I sometimes have time to kill. I haven't found any better place to do so than Chase Place. Just an unassuming little spot in a strip mall, but it's everything I could possibly want in a gin joint. The bartenders are well-experienced and affable (when appropriate), the people who frequent tend to be working class drinking folk (or at least interesting), and you can actually have meaningful conversations with your bar neighbors. It's the kind of place which fosters a community. I did have one plate of food there (to sober up a bit, admittedly) and it was well-put together and hit the spot. I think fondly about this place sometimes when I'm not in town. That should tell you something.“
“This is a great “go-to” place right after a rough day. Neha Vijayananda makes the best Cocktails. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!It's located on the bottom floor of the Northside apartment complex next to the UTD campus. Northside Drafthouse is right across the street. The two bars make up a great place for UTD students to hang out.American Tap Room is hands down better in the atmosphere and service categories compared to Northside. The open airy space with cool grays and white tiles are wonderful, which is in direct contrast to the dingy run-down college bar look of Northside.“
“This really hit the spot. Club sandwiches with French fries and pasta that comes with salad (or soup I think). All of the people complaining about $11 pasta acting like it needs to be 5 star dining should go elsewhere. This is a nice restaurant and the food is good. Very weird, bratty reviews on here“
“My husband went for the first time in person a few days ago but he enjoyed his experience! His server, Christina, made it clear what options there were and the differences between each sizes in the chicken dishes. We’ve had the Huli Huli chicken which is always great, but this time he had the large Kilauea chicken dish. It was supposed to be their spicier dish but didn’t have much of a kick to it. Also, he got the large thinking it would be more chicken but it was really only more portions for the size. Shrinkflation hits all.Either way, Christina was a great server, attentive and responsive and helped out with any questions he had. It’s a clean restaurant and they have kiosks to order on your own. Would go again!Parking: Shared lot“
