“Today met a dear friend for breakfast, my first time at La Casita. I ordered an egg and vegetable hash that was delicious along with a wonderful cappuccino. It was a delight to find a cappuccino with such well proportioned and balanced flavor, a relief from the huge milky offerings so many other places serve. We shared a guava and strawberry filled pop tart, which involved a perfect delicious tender flaky pastry wrapped around a both slightly sweet and tart filling. Our server, Tess, was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us with our selections, and later we were treated by Jesus to a scrumptious seasonal glazed bun. That glazed bun was honestly too good for words, mildly sweet, hint of cinnamon, just oodles of delicious texture and subtle flavor. Obviously, I will return soon.”

Great flavor and the pork didn’t have that weird pork taste some Asian places have. The crispy smoked duck pancake was awesome and worth the steeper price. I wasn’t a fan of the sauce alone, but in the pancake was excellent. The eggroll was a decent eggroll and the duck sauce that came with it was the best sauce I’ve had with an eggroll. The lady working was sweet and was working her butt off with the 5 tables she had. Felt great to support a local business.
The restaurant itself is out dated but the tables and utensils were clean. The atmosphere added to the experience and the background music was just perfection.”

“This place has been one of my favorite spots for years now and a huge part of that is the people. Tom, Ian, and everyone else there have always been amazing. You can tell right away they genuinely care about wine and about the people walking through the door. We have made a ton of good memories there over the years and I love the place so much I even had one of my birthdays there. Tom ended up turning half the night into this full blown wine education experience and honestly made it one of the coolest birthday dinners I have had.
The knowledge base there is ridiculous too. You could walk in and ask for a wine that tastes like an old boot a pigeon made a nest in and somehow they would know exactly what bottle to hand you. At the same time, they are not trying to upsell you just for the sake of it. They actually care about helping you develop your palate and figure out what you genuinely enjoy. I remember asking Tom about Soul of a Lion and instead of taking the easy sale, he straight up told me I was not quite ready to fully appreciate that bottle and to ramp up slowly 😂. That level of honesty honestly made me trust them even more.
The membership is absolutely worth it if you go regularly. Weekly wine tastings included plus discounted pricing on bottles makes it really easy to explore different wines without feeling like every purchase is a gamble.
They also keep the place fun with stuff like trivia nights and even occasional dog adoption events. It never feels pretentious or stiff. Just a genuinely great place to hang out, learn more about wine, and make good memories. Love you guys for real.”

Of course chips and salsa are complimentary. They provide you with a red salsa and green salsa. I thought both were tastey and I like having options. I ordered the C. H. Salad for my main course and was it delicious. The fajita chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavor and the veggies were fresh. I'll be back to try out more items on the menu.”

Homemade ranch dressing was light and not oily! \nI had the club sandwich. Everything was cut thick, ham, turkey and fried bacon. Everything was fresh! \nThey have Mexican food on the menu as well and served chips and salsa when you arrive. \nThe ice tea was fresh and offered sweet tea and wasn’t icky sweet 👏🏻🙌🏻. Enough food for a “to-go box”. No room for dessert but I’m sure they are delicious too. Friendly and attentive waitresses. \nWe will be back if every in this area.”

“When we went we were the only ones dining there so we didn't have to wait for a table. Our food server Rogelio was very professional and courteous. Food prices were very reasonable and they have a pretty good variety of items on their menu. I just had a basic hamburger and it was well prepared and very tasty. My dinner companion had the grilled salmon with steam vegetables and mashed potatoes, and she liked it as well. Overall it's a nice little restaurant in the lobby of the hotel.”

The price-performance ratio was absolutely fair. The staff were very attentive, caring, and dedicated. It felt just like being at home. Thank you very much for the wonderful food and service.
The shop right next door also offers the opportunity to buy delicious Persian specialties. A bit expensive, but still acceptable.”

Yes, the staff does not speak english fluently, and this may be a bit difficult for those of us who are not fluent arabic speakers. yes, a menu with prices would be nice (as of today, they have a basic menu structure), but if you are familiar with middle eastern stores/bakeries, you know they don't have menus and they will figure it out. I have not run into any rude people there, so you may want to question your behavior if people are rude to you. accusing those with 5 stars reviews as the bakery's friend is beyond pathetic, because I assure you, I am not friends with them, nor is the many people who recommended the place for me. I have not found any hidden fees on my receipts, for those of us who have been here forever, we my have a little bit of a culture shock initially, but that is not any different than when we go into a family owned chinese or indian restaurant. you have take the experience for what it is, if you like the food, that is great, you go on to the next restaurant,”

“The driver Dacurus intentionally placed my pizza on the floor outside the hotel room door, took a photo as proof of delivery, and then walked away with my order. As soon as I opened the door, the pizza was gone. I immediately checked with the front desk, but nothing had been left there, and the driver had already left the property.
He also false my signature on the delivery receipt.
Fortunately, the restaurant’s General Manager took the situation seriously, handled it professionally, and went above and beyond to make things right. I truly appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. Just be careful if you chose delivery front the website.”

“The moment we walked in you could tell this place was going to be delicious. It is very clean and inviting. I will say, you NEED to be careful with how you create your bowl. It is $16/lb and it is INCREDIBLY easy to go over board with the selections. Also, they do have a minimum on weight. My husband and I came and our meal was $70 😬 no extra add ons and two waters; simply weight-based.
Not the best surprise when we only came in for lunch. The portion size is VERY generous though once they bring out your bowl. The broth selection is wide and we both had their Beef Golden Broth (HIGHLY recommend).
The food was incredible and just the right spice level (you choose). The vegetable, protein, and noodle selection was perfect and exactly what we wanted. I want more savory and he is Seafood driven and we were both able to get what we wanted.
I would say that we would come back, but with a better sense of how hungry we actually are.

“First time visitor. I knew they had a limited food menu prior to arriving but wasn't sure what to expect. It was nice an open with a lot of light but gave off Starbucks vibes. It was pretty quiet when I walked in and I immediately saw 3 people sitting separately working on their computers. Beer menu seemed kind of hard to read on the wall but I got some suggestions and was satisfied with my first choice. Ordered a turkey panini which was really delicious but the bread was very toasted and it seemed like everything between the bread was sliding out 😅 but id order it again. I did hear some music but the songs were all over the place.... if you want a refill, you have to go back to the counter to order. Luckily they can keep a tab open but seems like a small inconvenience to me. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a coffee and quiet place, not necessarily a place to hold a conversation with one or two of your girlfriends if you're a loud talker.”
