One of the best sushi restaurants I’ve tried. The quality of the fish was excellent, the service was thoughtful, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great sushi.“

“Great sushi and sake indeed!“

“Fresh, delicious sushi with amazing presentation and flavors, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!“

“This place is perfect for people on OptaVia! They got out a food scale to measure out my food perfectly! Excellent customer service!“

“Delicious and the Atmosphere made me feel like I stepped into a small hole in the wall in Japan and it was great!“

“This is my favorite sushi spot. They're takeout-only, which means they've cut out all the unnecessary overhead — so the prices are incredibly affordable, but the quality of the ingredients is never compromised. Honestly, they've spoiled us. You're getting top-tier sushi at mid-to-low-range prices, and it's hard to even compare other restaurants after this. Their sauces and condiments are well-paired too. Of course, they're not perfect — over the many times we've ordered, there have been a few hiccups. But the owner is always proactive about resolving issues, which goes a long way. My husband and I keep coming back, and we've recommended them to plenty of friends. That says it all.“

“My fiance and I we LOVE coming here. We’re new the state and it took a while to find a sushi restaurants. Until April we found this spot and we were impressed by the quality of their sushi rolls! We love this place. We try come here once a week whenever we are around this area. The service here is amazing that even the waitress and the chef knows who we are! Kanasha Japanese Sushi Bistro will be our go to sushi restaurant!“

“We ate in the restaurant. It was very good, really enjoyed the food.“
