“Absolutely loved this spot. The setting is super casual but also very chic at the same time. The entrance reminds me of a classic New York style restaurant and the level of food and service do all the talking.

The sashimi and fresh sushi are top quality with little elements of elevated taste. The seared salmon and the red snapper are my absolute favorites and I would highly recommend the Philly style wagyu roll. Subtle but obvious when you taste it.

The Japanese whiskey old fashioned. Was a highlight for me. The infusion of the smoke comes with an amazing creative element that I recommend ordering directly at the bar to watch the creation of those classic cocktail.

Next time I visit I will be sitting at the sushi bar to take in the coordination of the chefs and watch this beautiful artistry of my favorite cuisine on earth.“

Had the sushi and ramen for my lunch entree. Sushi had a nice presentation and tasted great. Nigiri was on the small side (both rice and fish). The ramen portion, on the other hand, was pretty big. The slices of pork had a deep, smoky, rich flavor. The half egg on top was hard boiled not soft boiled. Something was a bit off with the noodle texture, perhaps a little overcooked?“

“Wow, the breaded sushi is spectacular, I give it a Michelin star?. We liked it a lot. The place is small but very nice. Very good service, very clean and tidy. They have many dishes, soups, ramen, salads, etc.
The chocolate cheesecake is good because it is not cloying.

“One of the best salmon sushi in Dallas. Hand rolls are of great portion for the price — biggest hand rolls I’ve seen in Dallas. If you like a delicious spicy sushi roll, I definitely recommend to ask for “Anaconda Roll”. I’m very happy that “Spicy Salmon Tacos” are back on the menu!!! Spicy Salmon Tacos came back even more delicious than before! If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I would.“
