“As a vegan, Musume has a number of natively vegan options, and other dishes that can be made vegan with slight modifications. The restaurant has a nice, upscale atmosphere without feeling stuffy. Our server, Andy was the star of the show, however. He was super-friendly and very knowledgeable about which menu items we could order as vegans. If you should happen to make a stop at Musume, make sure to ask for Andy.“

“Wow! The bowls were great. Everything was fresh and a good amount of food. They have plenty of choices for your bowls and just as many choices in sushi rolls. They are very reasonably priced. If you go during their happy hour 2-5 then you can get some killer inexpensive rolls. We tried their Salmon Skin roll. It was really good. We will definitely be back. If you like sushi and want to try something a little different go and give them a shot.“

Even though we visited on a busy Friday night, our server Zico was fantastic—attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The staff was warm and accommodating, making us feel welcome. We enjoyed the ishiyaki and sashimi tasting, and the freshness of the fish was remarkable. The wagyu was also an exceptional treat, well worth the price. They also have amazing cocktails that perfectly complemented our meal. We often stop at various sushi restaurants and this experience was truly one to remember. “Great hidden gem. They have bowl with different proteins. It’s like a chipotle but Japanese flavor. Their menu is healthy with different selections of meat and veggies. They also have sushi of course and appetizers.

We ordered bowl with beef and shrimp and an avocado bomb.

They were both freshly made when we ordered.

“My family and I have been here a handful of times and have had a great experience every time. The service here is both fast and friendly and they consistently serve tasty dishes and large portions. My husband and kids have tried many of the ramen dishes and have yet to find one that they don't enjoy. I think this has become our new favorite spot.“

“The sushi is great and well priced at $3.75 a plate. They make up for some types of sushi being more expensive than others by charging the same $3.75 for each plate and just giving you fewer pieces per plate for the more expensive ones.

The plates are good, and it’s nice to have food ready on the conveyor belt as soon as you sit down and don’t have to wait for it.

There are noisy robots that bring your drinks to you that are a fun novelty the first time they come by and a loud annoyance every time after.

The availability of sushi on the conveyor belt is dependent on how far down the belt you are sat. If you are at the beginning of the belt then you’ll have your pick of anything they make. If you are farther down the conveyor belt then everyone in front of you will eat the stuff you want before it gets to you, so you’ll need to order your dishes from the kiosk.

There is a mechanical toy orb dispenser that gives you a gift for eating 15 plates and another after eating 25. The gifts are an interesting novelty if you are interested in anime and blatant garbage if you’re an adult with bills to pay.“

“I love the chicken here, it's consistent and always tastes how I want it: dark meat with yummy, thick sauce. I always get it with white rice and extra chicken. Worth it. I will say the service is usually kinda rushed and it seems they don't care, but that's alright, it's a mall. I honestly don't expect much, just glad they asked if I wanted a drink. Their strawberry lemonade was good but a bit sweet. This food court was really tidy and we found seats so quick ON A SATURDAY TOO. Super rare!“

“First time customer here, my buddy said he knew a better place than Twin Peaks (and love Twin Peaks) and all I could tell him when we arrived, when we were there, and during the ride home, was Thank You!!! Madison was awesome and just as sweet and social as you'd want one of your employees!
As far as the food went...it was wonderful! Fajitas were prepared perfect, and quality was top notch. I will refer others, and will definitely be back! And who ever came up with the restaurants concept.... you're my Hero!!!
