“We held our end of year dinner for a middle school cheer team and Mike was amazing to work with. We arrived and met with one of our servers right away who helped us set up the area like we wanted. We had 2 servers and they were both attentive, the food came out quickly and delicious like any other time we’ve visited the establishment. I love this place and the fresh made from scratch food. The Summer Berry Salad, Steak Sandwich are a few of my favorites! I don’t think you can go wrong by ordering anything on the menu. The girls and parents had an amazing time!”

The food was incredible, and I particularly enjoyed the tiramisu. The strawberries that came with it was just so delicious and balanced the whole meal out. Her name is Heather and she is truly amazing. Her concern for the customer, attitude and overall kindness is something you normally will not receive at a restaurant. She really did care amd went over and beyond! She has been with IHOP for about 2 weeks and this company better do whatever needs to be done to keep Heather. “We came here yesterday for breakfast because one of my friends told me about the great value and how good it was. I was apprehensive about going back because we have eaten here for lunch and dinner before and it’s been hit or miss. The very first time I came here the brisket was moist and almost as good as Hutchins in McKinney. I kept telling my wife and son how great the food was, but when we came, the brisket was on par with Spring Creek BBQ. Very dry.
I will say the service has always been great and the atmosphere is really nice. And I do love that during lunch and dinner they give you kettle chips to snack on while you wait for your food.
So back to breakfast…
I probably will not go back to Starwood Café after eating breakfast at Tenders. You spend about the same money if not less and get way more food (that tastes as good if not better). And to be able to have brisket for breakfast, that’s a win in my book any day of the week.
Thankfully, the brisket we had was incredibly moist and very flavorful. The eggs were perfectly cooked to the way we asked for them to be. The hashbrowns had a great texture and great flavor. My son and I did not care for the potatoes, but my wife liked them and they are good if that’s your thing. Tender’s sausage has always been great so that was enjoyable as usual. The pancake was flat out amazing. It’s a very large and thick pancake, but had crispy edges, soft interior, and the syrup and butter were very flavorful.
I think the one letdown for me was the biscuits and gravy. The gravy had great texture and flavor (although you could get a little bit more for how many biscuits you’re getting) but the problem was the biscuits were overcooked. A great biscuit has just a little bit of crunch on the outside and is tender and soft all the way throughout… but the biscuits that came with our biscuits and gravy were mostly crunchy and a little bit soft in the middle. I’m not sure if that’s the way that they cook them here or if those just happen to be overcooked. Either way we still are most of them, just didn’t eat the hardest parts of the biscuits.

Living in Frisco, it is refreshing to finally have a café like this, since there is nothing comparable within a 15-mile radius. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, and the staff is friendly and efficient.
The only minor drawback is that the seating is not the most comfortable if you plan to stay for a long work session. That said, it does not take away from the overall experience or the exceptional coffee. I will absolutely keep coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone who truly appreciates great coffee.”

I went with the Vegan Patty (freshly made in house), w/cheddar cheese, crispy onion straws, ketchup, lettuce & jalapeño chutney on the side. It was Effing PERFECTION! “Recently met with friends at the Babes Chicken Dinner House on Page Street in Frisco and had an expectedly nice meal. There are two indoor seating areas, can be quite busy so be patient when it comes to seating. No reservations, just first come, first serve. Opening hours are 11am to 2pm (lunch) and 5-pm (dinner) during the week and 11am to 9pm on weekends. Everything is very simple. Choose one of five chicken (or fried catfish) mains. They will be brought out along salad and unlimited cream biscuits, corn, green beans, mash potatoes. I ordered the chicken fried steak and found it to be pretty good. All sides were fine. They offer desserts as well if you've room left over after your chicken dinner .”

Run of the mill chain Tex mex that tasted exactly as one would expect. My steak fajitas were $26, but you get a lot of food (including a HEAP of Spanish rice and lots of tortillas) for the price. It was all just alright, nothing bad but nothing to brag about.
A few minor gripes: one being that our waiter was decently attentive but I was never offered a refill other than a to go cup of my drink (which I took), and the other being that it was INCREDIBLY loud in there. Bf and I were sitting across from each other and eventually gave up on conversation because we had to yell to be heard.
Overall a decent place to have conventional Tex mex, but there is better around, as well.”

My son-in-law and I are fortunate to share a birthday. Kathy and I have wanted to try Crudo's for about a year. Last Saturday, we were joined by our two daughters and son-in-law, plus our grandkids. So three generations were there. We each agree it was the most memorable experience we have had in a very long time. Ernesto did a great job serving fantastic meals and desserts. I love that the atmosphere is welcoming and quiet enough that we could actually talk with one another. But what happened after dinner really sticks with me. AND no room charge available if staying at the resort. Serious mistake here. All this beautiful food with no wine etc unless you happened to bring wads of cash for $17/glass + a tip. CHANGE THIS! The eggs benie over crabcake were sublime as was the prime rib. Sushi rolls were a nice touch, too. Service was good and was expecting food to be amazing. The food was a bit disappointing both in flavor and taste. Pav Bhaji, the bhaji was sour, the chaats failed to meet the Mumbai standard. Chai too failed to impress.
I will give it another try one of these days and see if they have made any improvement to the food.”

What really stood out was how knowledgeable she was about the entire menu, including the drinks. She answered every question with confidence and made recommendations that were absolutely spot on. Every single thing she suggested was amazing!
And of course, the sushi itself deserves major praise. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the texture was perfect!! It was tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can truly tell they use high quality ingredients and put care into every roll.
I highly recommend the bulgogi cracker, the volcano scallops, and the shaggy dog roll — they were absolutely delicious! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of their sushi choices.

“Bingsu is definitely unique, in terms of cold treat options available in Collin County. So far, we love the Strawberry Cheese, Chocolate and Oreo the best. Only downsides: it’s absolutely blowing freezing cold inside, and the wait is really long once your order is placed.
This time, they forgot to give us the sweetened condensed milk for all three of our orders, then still added an item to the center of the Bingsu that I asked to have on the side. I paid close to $60 with tip for three Bingsu, and my order wasn’t right. It certainly looked beautiful and tasted good, but for there only being one other table when we placed our order, there’s no excuse to not make the order properly. I am giving 4 stars, but truthfully, this visit was worth 3.”

While I understand that the incident was beyond their control, some form of consideration or gesture—like a discount or even a sincere apology—would have shown respect and appreciation for their patrons' safety and comfort.
