“This was a cool little find. We were treated like royalty by our server Rachel for being first-timers. The venue itself is cute with an outdoor patio in addition to indoor booths and tables. The French Onion Soup was very tasty and a bit different - topped with puff pastry rather than cheese, but the cheese was still nice and gooey inside the soup. My wife said her tenderloin salad was good. We both enjoyed her blackberry smash. We live in Garland so we won't get there often, but it will stay in our radar when we're in the area.”

No smoking in the cigar lounge. Not sure of the point in that. As a result we were the only two patrons in Havana Dees. Sad, because there was great live music in there. Like a personal concert for the two of us. Have enjoyed many a good smoke here in the past and it's always been a great crowd and great experience. This was a huge let down and we likely won't be back. Very unfortunate.”

“Our Neighborhood held a monthly ladies birthday event here for 20 .Setting up the event with Rohith was very easy. He offered special pricing on food and drink. One of our ladies was in a wheelchair so he provided a low top table for her. Our waitress worked hard and was cheerful and cute. The music was turned down slightly so everyone could talk. The food was good. We were there early on a Monday which was a great time as the restaurant was not crowded. A number of the ladies commented that they had a fun time. It was a great place to have our event.”

My experience of having a breakfast omlette on a Monday morning was great. Got seated in 5 minutes and got the custom ordered Pesto Egg white omlette in 10 minutes. I am a happy camper. The place wasn’t crowded and the server took care of all my requests courteously

“Came here for the first time on what ended up being an absolutely Gorgeous Sunday. We chose outdoor seating, and were delighted to have Bentley as our Server. I was a bit overwhelmed by the numerous options available to me (as a vegetarian for 30+ years, usually a fairly limited selection at a burger joint), but Bentley reassured me I could build any combination I’d like. I went with the Vegan Patty (freshly made in house), w/cheddar cheese, crispy onion straws, ketchup, lettuce & jalapeño chutney on the side. It was Effing PERFECTION! I’m so glad we stopped here, huge shout out to Bentley on being exactly what we love in our server: Genuinely friendly, helpful & attentive- you ROCK!”

“Finally tried this tiny taqueria in a crowded corner of a gas station, the food was great! We had the bistec tacos w/ beans & rice. The bistec was very well seasoned and had great flavor! The rice was great, the beans were good. We also ordered the pastor gorditas, they were very well made, non greasy and held together well. The meats had great flavor, were tender and tasted fresh unlike some places where the meat sits too long and dries out. Even though this is a tiny place, there was a line and waited about 15 minutes for our food but it was well worth the wait. The gentleman taking our oder was very friendly and the ladies prepping the food were hard at work. We will definitely go back as food this good is hard to find in this area. You won’t know what you are missing until you’ve tried it! ~ just sayin…”

First finding Coco Ichibanya in Tokyo back in 2016 and falling in love with the food, and then finding it throughout Taiwan and then in LA and finally unbelievably one opens up in Plano Texas!! If you haven't tried it out yet do so!! The staff is super nice esp the manager who always treats myself and my family with the utmost respect. Food is piping hot and the flavor is what makes Coco Ichibanya what it's all about!”

We got up and left. “We love Tricky Fish at The Star. We pretty much go every Friday evening and catch the last 30 minutes of happy hour and then do dinner. You can’t beat their 1/2 price bottles of wine during happy hour. We have never had bad service - shout out to Henry who we have had the last two times and adore! My go to is the Blackened Shrimp and Grits - the sauce on the grits is AMAZING. My girls share the shrimp and catfish platter and my daughter refuses to eat the catfish anywhere else. My hubby tries something different every time, but loves their boils and the bourbon sherry linguine. Go give them a try!”

“I can not state enough how great this place is! They are the most courteous, accepting, pleasant staff and manager myself and family have ever gotten to experience. We went there and it was my sons 4th birthday and they made the experience something that I (36) never have experienced at a restaurant. From the interacting and caring, to the friendly dialogue and playfulness with my son, to the amazing tasting food and service, this place is beyond compare! Our waiter, Torino, he is the man! I want to give this place 10 stars, 20 stars, 1000000 stars! Please go there soon and often as it is a can't miss! My son-in-law and I are fortunate to share a birthday. Kathy and I have wanted to try Crudo's for about a year. Last Saturday, we were joined by our two daughters and son-in-law, plus our grandkids. So three generations were there. We each agree it was the most memorable experience we have had in a very long time. Ernesto did a great job serving fantastic meals and desserts. I love that the atmosphere is welcoming and quiet enough that we could actually talk with one another. But what happened after dinner really sticks with me. Ari, the owner, chased me down in the parking lot to again wish me Happy Birthday and say how much he appreciated spending it with my family. That was amazing. We will be back again and again.”

“Our Neighborhood held a monthly ladies birthday event here for 20 .Setting up the event with Rohith was very easy. He offered special pricing on food and drink. One of our ladies was in a wheelchair so he provided a low top table for her. Our waitress worked hard and was cheerful and cute. The music was turned down slightly so everyone could talk. The food was good. We were there early on a Monday which was a great time as the restaurant was not crowded. A number of the ladies commented that they had a fun time. “This was a cool little find. We were treated like royalty by our server Rachel for being first-timers. The venue itself is cute with an outdoor patio in addition to indoor booths and tables. The French Onion Soup was very tasty and a bit different - topped with puff pastry rather than cheese, but the cheese was still nice and gooey inside the soup. My wife said her tenderloin salad was good. We both enjoyed her blackberry smash. We live in Garland so we won't get there often, but it will stay in our radar when we're in the area.”

Too damn good and even on Tuesday when they’re $5, the alcohol is not being skimped. The Sangrita swirl has my heart though! We had a table right by the kitchen and in sight all of the servers and the managers. NOT ONCE in the 10min we were there were we acknowledged. 5min later the group that was seated after us got their orders in and the waitress whom I assume was ours just past us and didn't say anything! We got up and left. I was a bit overwhelmed by the numerous options available to me (as a vegetarian for 30+ years, usually a fairly limited selection at a burger joint), but Bentley reassured me I could build any combination I’d like. I went with the Vegan Patty (freshly made in house), w/cheddar cheese, crispy onion straws, ketchup, lettuce & jalapeño chutney on the side. It was Effing PERFECTION!
