“They drained the fat from my burgers. They used two spatulas to hold the patteis at an angle to drain the fat. I didn't ask, they just did it. A few extra seconds can matter A LOT! I just finished my meal and I can taste the difference. No soggy pattie at the end.
You MUST GO HERE! Fantastic food at a great price.

“We’ve been regular customers at the Allen location for a while now, and every single visit has been amazing. The food is always incredibly fresh, authentic, and consistently delicious. Recently, we had El Volcan Taqueria cater lunch for our company at two different locations, and I can honestly say I don’t think we’ve ever impressed our staff with food the way we did today! The taco bar was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The food variety of salsas was incredible, and the grilled peppers and onions were the perfect finishing touch. What really set the experience apart was the service. The owner and his wife personally delivered the food, set everything up, and made sure everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend. ¡Muchísimas gracias por su dedicación, hospitalidad y por hacernos sentir como en casa!“

“Don’t even know where to begin, however, from the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed in. Being our first time, we were not too sure what to expect. Both meals did NOT disappoint! I can say the Cheddar, bacon, and BBQ was a big hit. Both fries, regular and sweet potato were also off the chain. Lastly the organic lemonades, are so delish! We will definitely be back!
Revised: We had to go back, my favorite burger is the patty melt now that one there is so freaking delish! Can’t wait to go back AGAIN.“

“Thank you for the great service. The gentleman helping us was awesome. It’s been a little time since my last Five Guys visit but today was pivotal as I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a single cheese burger and the total came to $32. The single combo meal was just shy of $20. So a single cheeseburger is $12….Wait…FIVE GUYS?? Fast casual dining is not always an inexpensive venture but this seems a bit over the top.“

“Definitely a 10/10! If you’re looking for a juicy, big burger made fresh to order, this is the place. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
The service was excellent, the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to a guy who speaks Spanish,Derek who was incredibly helpful, his kindness made the experience even better. Great service and even better food. I will definitely be back!“

“I love the food and the large amount of fries that you get. I came to this location expecting the same thing, and they did not fill the bag with fries like other locations. I will not be coming to this location again. I order another fry, and wait for a little bit. I went up and ask for a refund do to having to go. The staff worked it out and got my fries to me and gave me a refund. I give them credit for making it right when they messed up.“

“The short Indian kid in the front was the sweetest thing ever. He welcomed me with a genuine smile and made good small talk while suggesting good food options. If i don’t come again for the food i’ll sure come again for the service. Loved it.“
