“As their name of the store means, their menu selection is consist of all time favorite Korean foods.
I tried several dishes including Jajang and Jjamppong which were not so salty or spicy.
All the ingredients were fresh even the shrimp in broth.
I wish they had the old style Donkatsu sauce but the fried pork was still good.
I’ll definitely keep coming back. A convenient location is also a plus.“

​I had an incredible first experience at Frank Seoul Frisco. The staff was so helpful, guiding me through the menu to try things I’ve never had before.
​The half-and-half cheddar corn dog with potatoes and a sugar coating was the perfect blend of sweet and savory. To wash it down, the strawberry and orange ades were both uniquely delicious, refreshing, and the ultimate thirst-quenchers.
​I also tried the steak kimbap, which was incredibly savory. Even though they ran out of stock for a second order, the lady working there was so kind that she gave me the last one extra for free. I truly appreciate the amazing service and highly recommend this spot to everyone!“

“The food was delicious good quality and quantity !! Seasoned just to perfect perfection. It was so good, I left NO crumbs. Love the music and scenery, they had lots of BANGERS playing. I had a wonderful time being served by Allen Mai! He did an amazing job of communicating how to order things and he was very nice and funny. He would check in on us the perfect amount of times and he was quick when getting my friends and I dessert. He was just amazing. 10 stars all across board. I will be back and hopefully he is my server next time as well !!!!“

“Tried the k-pop Ramen 🍜 😋!!! With grilled chicken. Just yes! 10/10 Broth was flavorful with a nutty tone. Also tried the k-pop Ramen with pork and level 4 spicy 🥵. It was spicy but with flavor not just heat. 8/10. The birria ramen was not my personal style but meat was well cooked, broth was flavorful, noodles were tender 7/10. The egg roles were a crunchy delight and perfectly tender on the inside 10/10. Restaurant was clean. The service was... Not bad ... We used the tablet to order, employee brought the food out, asked for ice water... end of service ...like I said not bad. Good place for Ramen!“

“I ordered a Build Your Own Plate from Burning Rice and while the taste of the food was good, my order was not prepared correctly.

I specifically paid extra for corn, but it was completely missing from my bowl. They also forgot to add the zucchini that I selected. These were important items that I was looking forward to, especially since I paid additional charges for one of them.

The food itself tasted good, which is why I’m not giving a lower rating, but accuracy is just as important as taste. If customers are paying for extra ingredients, they should receive them. I hope Burning Rice pays closer attention to order details in the future.“
