Management is even offering complimentary soju and soft drinks to make up for the downtime. We were really glad to see them back open and running smoothly—definitely appreciate the extra gesture!“

We ordered 5 different dishes, served them family style, and my entire family absolutely loved every one and were stuffed at the end with food to take home. “This place serves authentic Korean cold noodles, and even the dining system feels like Korea. You pay first, there’s no tipping, you pick up your own food, and return your tray when you’re finished.
I’ve tried cold noodles at several Korean restaurants throughout the DFW area, and this is by far the best one I’ve found. I noticed they use a real cold noodle press machine in the kitchen, which makes the noodles fresh and gives them an excellent texture.
The Korean dumplings(만두)were huge, and the portion sizes were very generous overall. If you’re looking for authentic Korean cold noodles(냉면) in DFW, I highly recommend giving this place a try.“

“This is easily one of the most authentic Korean spots in the Carrollton area. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a genuine neighborhood deli in Korea, this is it.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the **intestine soup**. It is hands down the best I’ve had—the broth is incredibly deep and flavorful, and the ingredients are prepared perfectly. It’s the kind of hearty, comforting dish that’s hard to find executed this well.
Beyond the main dishes, their **banchan (side dishes)** selection is impressive. Not only is everything fresh and delicious, but the portions are **huge**. They really don't skimp on the variety or the amount, which makes the whole meal feel like a feast.
The atmosphere is cozy and no-frills, which I personally love because it shows the focus is entirely on the quality of the food. If you want real-deal Korean comfort food with generous portions, I can’t recommend Ajumma Sundae Deli enough!“

“I really enjoyed my meal and experience at Doma Seolleongtang. It felt like being in Korea when I walked in. To make it more authentic, we received a special kind of cold tea to open the palate before the meal and washed down the meal afterward. The music on was not Kpop but a mellow mix of Korean songs which helped me to savor my delicious bowl of beef rib soup. My soup came with glass noodles and enoki mushrooms. It was a lot of food for the price. We also received little dishes of kimchi, a bowl of white rice each, and a condiment each to dip the meat. The waitress was so thoughtful to bring my daughter a condiment without spicy stuff. Most everyone at my table loved their food and ate quietly. Only my daughter complained about her soup being under seasoned but that is why they have salt and pepper on the table, so she adjusted the two to her taste and ate the rest of the time in peace. I appreciate the warm, friendly, and attentive service. I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and its bathrooms. Most of all, I really appreciate the warm, hearty, delicious meal. Best Korean food I’ve ever had in the USA. The kimchis were the best I’ve ever eaten. This is a special spot serving all beef broth soups and beef meat plates.“

Jokbal and sundae makes a delicious and somewhat healthy lunch. A few people walked in, looked at the menu, and walked out. I don't know what they wanted but they're missing out.

This isn't the place for bulgogi and bim bim bap. It's a lot more. Give them a try. You'll be coming back for more.“

“I tried the Toribowl Combo, and upgraded to include the Spicy Chai milk tea for my drink. Initially, it seemed a bit pricey for the bowl, but it is A LOT of food. Definitely enough for 2 meals for me. Very happy I upgraded to the chai, and I'm happy it actually had some spice to it. So many places serve chai that is just bland, and that isn't what chai even is. :) I'm curious to try another of their many drinks. Back to the food, besides the amount, it was tasty as well. “The chicken kalguksu was sooo good. I really liked that they give you way more chicken compared to other places I’ve been to.

The gentleman who took my partner and my order (I think he might be the owner) was very sweet, and the woman who served us was kind as well. She even took the time to show my partner how to properly flavor his soup, which we really appreciated.

I’ve seen some reviews saying the service is rude, but that wasn’t our experience at all.

It’s definitely a family-oriented, more self-serve style restaurant, so the service isn’t super hands-on like a typical sit-down spot and I think that’s where some of those reviews might come from. But for what it is, the service felt exactly as expected.

It does take awhile for it to come out. But it's worth it because it's fresh, and comes out piping hot. Since my mom is getting older she can't tolerate spicy as much anymore.
