“Bulldog Katsu is a Japanese restaurant in Richardson that opened in 2018 specializing in fried katsu, whether that be chicken, pork, fish, or shrimp. Their chicken katsu deluxe meal with Japanese vegetables is a delight and what I normally get, as is the chicken katsu sandwich. They also have various udon items that are pretty good.“

“Tonight my family of three decided to try this place out for dinner and it did NOT disappoint!

We walked in and were immediately greeted. Asked if we had a reservation (we didn’t) and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. We waited less than that and were seated. I had never been to a Korean BBQ place before so our server was great at explaining everything to us and how it worked.

We all together got 6 different items protein wise to try, from the brisket to the shrimp and even the chicken.
Some was seasoned, some wasn’t but if you pair them with the right things it’s really delicious!

I didn’t know what to expect but it was all so delicious. I loved the additional sides they provided and my little one devoured the glass noodles so much that the servers kept giving her more! I appreciate that so much!

The staff was great, the restaurant was clean and the food was amazing!

It didn’t feel like a crazy night but when I got my ticket our server comped my ice coffee, the reason being “it’s been busy so we’ve been kinda slow”. They were great with checking in with us so I was not expecting it at all.

I would recommend and definitely will be coming back. I wish I had gotten the names of the two people who helped us but I’ll for sure get it next time! If you are in the area I would go!“

“The food quality is off the charts. You can tell the quality of beef by the marbling and flavor that comes from the different cuts they offer. I would personally recommend their boneless short ribs, spicy stir fried chicken wings, and their sweet and sour pork. The price point for the quality of their food is honestly top rated in my books. We were having a late night dinner, and bb.q Chicken seemed like the best option. We ordered on UberEats and everything was packaged nicely for delivery.

Soy Garlic Sauce ($3.45): This sauce is bomb. Very thick but delicious on everything we put it on. We saved it because it was just too good to throw away.

So Ddeok So Ddeok ($8.05): A skewer with fried rice cakes and mini sausages which was okay. The secret sauce was drenched all over it which was a bit too much for me.

Fried Pickles ($8.05): The batter did not hold up well, and the pickles fell out and was pretty soggy. The batter itself was not bad and still had some crispiness to it though.

Double Flavor Wings ($35.65): You get to choose two flavors with 8 wings each, and the wings were huge. We went with honey garlic and Gangnam style (black pepper sauce with garlic and onions) and added pickled radish. The flavors on both were actually pretty subtle and barely tasted the Gangnam sauce. The honey garlic had more flavor so we liked that one more. The fried chicken did not taste greasy though which was a plus, and the pickled radish is a must to balance everything out.“

“Their pork ribs are a standout dish. A must try when dining here. The sides are super fresh and flavorful. A little expensive seeing the portions but good quality food. The service was okay. The young Asian girl serving us came across a little rude and intimidating. The Hispanic server was super sweet. Always checking on us to make sure we are well taken care of and if we need anything. Just wish the girl was a little nicer. Had a great meal though. Very authentic food.“

This is consistently some of the best Korean food in the DFW Metroplex, and I’ve been to just about all of them. My wife and I find ourselves coming here at least once a week. She’s not Korean, but whenever we’re in the mood for Korean food, this is always the place she suggests.

The food is authentic, consistently excellent, and clearly made with care. The portions are generous, the quality is outstanding, and the prices are unbelievable for what you get. The service is always warm, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell there’s genuine pride in both the food and the overall experience.“

“I went to H-Mart to buy fish. I notice the fish i bought was a little bit cheaper than some other Asian Stores I would go to. The store has lots of variety of items to look at and buy. A lot of food items is in Asian writing so be careful because you may not now what you are buying. Lots of different fresh vegables and fruits. They cut up some Asian pears to sample. Very sweet and juicy. What I noticed about Asian pears is they are full of water and fulfilling. If you don't see the kind of fish you want at the Regular Markets than try the Asian Market. You just may find the fish you like. Make sure you find a Asian Market with less smell. This Market didn't have that fishy smell. There is fish and shrimp in the open where people can put in the bag themselves and take it to get a weight.“

“Solid Korean restaurant serving mostly Chinese Korean dishes. Taste was fine, nothing spectacular. The restaurant is located inside Legacy Food Court. The food court has seen better days with the interior dated and floor and tables not the cleanest with an added bonus of strong cleaning chemical smell in the air. One bonus of this restaurant is they still serve you on regular plates when dining in.“

It’s a nice restaurant with good lighting, tasteful décor, and an accent plate wall that makes the space look warm and inviting. Our waiter and waitress were friendly and welcoming. Since we arrived near the end of brunch, we were told the kitchen would be closing soon, but they still managed to accommodate our order, which we appreciated.

The reason why I didnt like the prices is because a bowl of orange chicken costs 15$.(keep in mind this is a food court). Then, the ordering process was really confusing. Turns out you dont order at any of the restaurants , they have only one cash register which you order everything from. Another problem I had was most of the staff were drinking beers and not even paying attention. If I had to recommend 1 think it would be the #1 at Oh-k-dog.“
