I lived in Busan for years, and when I first tasted the food here, I was immediately transported back to Korea. Ajumma is authentic! Greatly authentic, deliciously authentic. Also authentic is the restaurant’s esthetic, which could use some cleaning—not unlike some side-street restaurants that I frequented in Busan. So, is Ajumma a fancy place to impress a date? No. Does it serve fantastically authentic, delicious food? Yes!
