“My wife and I rotate breakfast places most weekends but Eggsellent Cafe has become our default place to go. The staff and management are incredibly nice and welcoming. The food is consistently excellent and they probably have our favorite coffee. The portions are large and you always feel as if you got you money's worth. My only critique is that I wish the coffee mugs were bigger because I'm always asking for a refill. Otherwise, this place is great and should be on everyone's radar. 👍“

A snow cone made out of shaved ice surrounded by frozen fruits, and cheesecake bites, i almost fainted when i saw it, delicious 😋you must, put it in your bucket list! It has great location, the spot is cute and it offers a great selection to choose from but my favorite part is that the snowcone is so huge, it is made big for one purpose only: to share!!!! “First time trying this place (and porridge overall), and I ordered the Beef Juk. It has to be one of the best spots around. I went on a 100-degree day, and despite the heat—and eating a bowl of hot porridge—it was absolutely worth it.

“Partner and I stopped in for bento boxes for lunch and generally had a pleasant time!

First off, the atmosphere was very cozy on a cold day, with low lighting and a few trees inside decorated for Christmas. We were served promptly and each got a bento, both around $13-14.

Let me tell you, for that price, we got a LOT of food. We easily could’ve shared. Each came with salad, two gyoza, 4 California rolls, 3 pieces of tempura, some tater tots, and the main course that you chose. Ours came with a LOT of rice and cabbage under our meat. So value for money is no question great here.

I’d say everything in the bento was okay. The tonkotsu was almost burnt and the crust had no flavor, but it was alright. The salad dressing was very lemony, but everything was mostly bland or uninteresting. Definitely filling though!

Overall, I think we would return. I just wouldn’t expect the best food you’ve ever had!“

We ordered jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), spicy seafood noodles (pretty spicy, so only if you can handle heat), Korean fried pork, and beef noodles (not spicy and very easy to enjoy). Portions are quite generous in my opinion, if you go with a group, it’s perfect for trying a variety of dishes. Will come back!“
