Paik's noodle is the best place in the DFW area for jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk.The interior is very nice and quaint, and the staff friendly and helpful when deciding what you want and ordering. Their menu is small, they are experts and specialize in every dish they have. My jajangmyeion was decent. I got a Togo order. I used some spices from home because it was a tad bit bland. They also need to add more potato flour to thicken it up a little but overall tasty. The restaurant smelled a bit like sewage which is not their fault but I was off putting. Service was great and they tended to me as soon as I walked through the door.

The food here is very good. We were craving a Valentines Day meal of Jajangmeon, Tangsuyuk, and Jampbong. The noodles are great! All foods were delicious. We felt like this is the closest to the authentic taste like you'd get in Korea of anywhere we've been to in DFW. We will definitely come back.
