Located in Carrollton, Lemma Coffee Co is a local coffee shop with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. The environment is great for focusing on work or school, with comfortable seating and good energy. The coffee is good, with standout drinks like the honey bee and rose latte, which are absolutely delicious. They also make their syrups in-house, so they are much more fragrant rather than sugary. For matcha lovers, the matcha is a favorite, especially when ordered with extra matcha for even more grassiness. The food is actually really solid for a coffee shop, and they offer bakery items from a local bakery with very unique items. However, service can be hit or miss, with some days being incredibly friendly and kind, and other days less so. The biggest downsides are that it is one of the most expensive coffee places in the area, and food service is on the slow side, with timing sometimes badly off. Despite this, for many, Lemma remains a favorite coffee shop in DFW.
