EL Rincon Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar offers great food, great service, and great atmosphere. First time guests and regulars alike enjoy the queso, salsa, quesadillas, tacos, beef fajitas, and enchiladas, all delicious. The Tilapia Poblano comes with a rich, buttery, well-balanced sauce and perfectly flaky fish with pickled onions. The tequila selection is both extensive and excellent, and margaritas and ranch waters are tasty. Edgar is a favorite server, described as personable, witty, attentive, and kind. Manager Rudy Cossio also provides amazing customer service. The hot sauce and chips are awesome. Guests say they will be repeat guests and recommend this underrated restaurant.
