“The tacos and pupusas are some of the best in town. Their meats have the same taste as the street tacos in Mexico. The pupusas are just like my in law makes them flavor wise, but they could be a little bigger in my opinion. Nonetheless, one of the most delicious places to eat at in carrollton.“

“I live around the corner and come once or twice a week - love their breakfast tacos, salsa, chicken enchiladas and rice and beans - all are great quality and very flavorful! I am from San Antonio and am very picky about Tex-Mex…the quality of the food for the price is fantastic - always freshly prepared!“

“I catered Fajita meat, both chicken and beef, (trays) and tacos from Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location for my husbands 60th birthday party. They gave me much more food than I was expecting and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The pricing is excellent after seeing the amount of food they send. Aden S. (The General Manager) sent the trays of Fajita with plenty of vegetables and all the sides items to make the fajitas such as sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, beans, rice, plenty of chips and delicious guacamole. The tray of taco's was stuffed with a large amount of food. I had asked for Gluten Free food to be kept in a separate tray which it was. Plus he sent me a huge stack of corn tortillas. My son pickup my order and it was hot, packed neat, very clean and was ready for pickup. Adan S. even helped me out with the chafing trays and burners, which made life easier on me. I received so many complements from my guest on how delicious and fresh everything tasted. I can't say enough about how great the food is. More importantly how nice and easy Adan and his staff made this event for me. I had about 55 people to feed and I had plenty of food. I would highly recommend the Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful making my husbands' 60th birthday party a huge success. Stop by and try their food. I think you will love every bit!“

“First time and it’s was a great experience. Cashier was friendly and loved that she spoke Spanish. Salsas were delicious and great flavor 🥵. We ordered torta de milanesa, 2 tacos de Tripitas (well done, crunchy) and a birriadilla. The beef in the birriadilla had great flavor. The torta was good, milanesa had a good taste. Perfect size on the torta. One person may eat it but you may share, enough for 2. My favorite was the tacos!!!! The tripitas were just as I would prepay them at home. Over all great experience and flavor.

“Today I had lunch at Tipicos and ordered the enchiladas. A piece of raw chicken was in meal. When i brought it to the attention of the manager, he dismissed it and said it never happened. He did not offer an apology or to comp my meal .. I paid for the meal but never again.“

“I found this place online- randomly looking for Papusas “near me”. First of all- the customer service was excellent. I walked in not knowing the menu at all. The gentleman behind the counter offered me a menu and enthusiastically- but patiently- answered all my questions about the food options. They cooked everything fresh to order. I relaxed and waited for my food. So fast! The smells were amazing! Everything was still hot when I got home. Papusas were delicious/slaw was perfect! Enchiladas and Al Pastor- new favorites!What a great random food experience.“

“First time here in about 15 years. Sad to see the small buffet line was no longer being utilized. The food is still good! The place still looks the same just run down! Server was good. Plates were full! It all came out different than what we ordered but it was still awesome! We didn't care! Owners should bring this place back to its former glory!“

“If you’re going to be one of those racist people that judge the food based off the fact it’s not made by Mexicans than just don’t go here. It’s funny how you guys wanna judge the fact that there’s no Mexicans cooking here but when you go to a Chinese buffet, it’s nothing but Mexicans in the kitchen. If you’re going to try it out go here with an open mind because it is ran by a family owned by Koreans. I think prices are right if you think about inflation and the fact that they make the food fresh from order. If you call in an order and pick it up 30min later and than say food wasn’t good… Think before you leave a review. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican spots and this place beats some of them. Doesn’t taste the most authentic but similar or better than the original. Be kind y’all. They’re trying their best.“

“Thebfood was great, but the staff was running a drug operation out of the bathroom and the guy taking our order was spinning a knife around his finger. Just not the wholesome family dining experience we are use to at fast food restaurants. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning to ask why these things are allowed to happen in their restaurants“

“I visit this store 2-3 times per month and the food is always hot, fresh and just how I want it! It’s sad to see less Taco Buenos around, but I’m thankful to still have this store! Jennifer and Lupe are always so friendly and working hard every time I come in for lunch. Salsa bar is always fresh too.“

“I HAD THEIR STREET TACOS AND THEY WERE AMAZING! PROBABLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD - I GOT THE MIXED. SOMEONE ELSE GOT THE FLAUTAS ANS SAID THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I LIKE THAT THEY GIVE YOU LIMES AND HOT SAUCE TO GO WITH YOUR DINNER - DEFINATELY WILL BE GOING BACK“
