“I had a great experience in the drive through thanks to Zy! He was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to help me with the app and made sure I understood everything without making me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. He was professional, friendly, and made my visit even better. Taco Casa is lucky to have someone like Zy on their team. It’s been a little time since my last Five Guys visit but today was pivotal as I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a single cheese burger and the total came to $32. The single combo meal was just shy of $20. So a single cheeseburger is $12….Wait…FIVE GUYS?? Fast casual dining is not always an inexpensive venture but this seems a bit over the top.“

“There's a Golden Chick 1 minute from me, but due to there lack of good service, fresh food, and portions, I've chosen to drive 15 minutes away from my home to drive and dine at the Carrollton location. I'm so happy I found this location. The owner is very nice and constantly checks on his guests. I ordered the the 4-piece catfish combo and he gave me 6 pieces. Then, prior to finishing my meal, a team member came out with a basket of rolls, giving out free roles! I will always come to this store! Very grateful for their very kind service!“

“Chi Chi’s was the most fun I’ve had in a long time! You can play free games on the tablets but you can also 1V1 another group for a bottle of soju of your choice. We went 7-0 and had to start giving bottles away. Also the owner was super sweet and gave me a free tambourine. Food was yummy and the whole atmosphere was a vibe.“

“I cannot even begin to explain how joyful it was to get LJS that is how I remember, fresh, tender, and perfectly cooked. Service was 11/10, staff was so kind and went above and beyond. We drove 30 min to come because a craving and it was the closest location, but was so worth it and will be coming back. Thank you Carrollton team for making our day so much better.“

“This location has been a place that we have recently visited, when we come back to Dallas, after visiting a doctor in Frisco.
The staff is friendly, and the wait time is minimal. The three times we have been there have been between 2 and 4 PM.
The food is good, and the fries are hot and fresh

The atmosphere is ok, but in most of our visits there are homeless people, or people just hanging out to use the WIFI

“I was so disappointed because of my job that I sat inside to the comfort of superior air conditioning. I bought large 🍟 fries but wished I bought 3 more. You see I was depressed.

“One Italian sandwich at Arby’s will get you this. One sandwich with a half dozen packets of ketchup ketchup, and Arby’s sauce. None we asked for or needed. Incredibly wasteful. Tasted the Arbys sauce, it’s horrid. The white sauce in the plastic container? Not sure what that’s for? Aioli? The ketchup is terrible. We had to air fry the fries , pretty good after we finished cooking them, and getting them crispy and refreshed. Sandwich was good 2.5 stars. Due to wastefulness“

And they had the nerve to sell enchiladas that taste like chilli dog topping. Don't waste your gas, time or money coming here. The worst $23 and some change. I also asked the cashier if the muchacho was simular to a chilupa and he looked me dead in my eye and said what is that. I just put my head down. Yeah never again.“
