“Yesterday I met up with my son and my grandson who is only 4 months old. What a precious time we had at Braum's. I was thrilled with the food I ordered spicy chicken, bacon, and pimento it was absolutely the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. I had no idea but this sandwich could taste so good and tender in the past I have always preferred Popeyes and McDonald's spicy chicken. no more. I will have plenty more of these. “I cannot say enough great things about this Jimmy John's location. At 12:00 PM, I was unexpectedly tasked with putting together a catering order for the office, and I was worried there was no way it could come together on such short notice. Not only did the team make it happen, but they exceeded every expectation.

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The sandwiches were labeled individually, which was incredibly helpful and made distribution effortless. Anyone who has coordinated catering for a large group knows how much those little details matter.

I especially want to recognize Crystal, who was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Chris, the manager, also deserves recognition for leading a team that clearly cares about customer service and getting things right. Even though the store was experiencing challenges with their ovens that day, they never let it impact the customer experience. Communication was excellent, expectations were managed, and they still delivered an exceptional result.

A special thank you as well to the delivery driver, who arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and ensured everything was delivered perfectly.

The food was a huge hit with our office. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and people were raving about it all afternoon. What could have been a stressful, last-minute catering situation turned into one of the best catering experiences I've had.

But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. “This location is very hit or miss. Staff is really nice and service is good. You can tell they are not on point with other locations as far as inventory. They haven’t had any of the K-pop meals available (they do have the sauces). They do not have Mario happy meal boxes (even though you can order them supposedly from the app but you do receive croc boxes and toys). Not a huge deal just seems a little behind and slower paced in inventory and service timing.“

“The food was great the person on the line greeted me which was great the dining room was pretty clean. the only part that was not ok was I noticed a cook was on his phone when he was waiting for food to cook, and I didn’t see him wash his hands after he put his phone away and went back to work. Personally I think there should be no phones near food equipment because of the risk of contamination.“
