“Started eating here after I was diagnosed with diabetes a year ago. This was my main food source for the year helping my a1c drop down from 11.7 -5.7 along with other stuff. I got to say the only item I like here after trying everything is the roasted autumn chicken wrap. I get it without lettuce now because it falls apart while you eat it making the wrap unstable. I don’t eat salads because I’m always too busy to sit down and eat I mostly eat while working or engaging in something. The only thing I want improvement wise is cayenne or spinach tortillas for the wraps. I highly recommend this place for people who want to be eat healthy but don’t have time for the meal prep.“

“Love this place. Every time my family comes here, the chicken is always hot and fresh consistently (which is quite rare at other chains unless you come at the peak times).

The honey biscuits are delicious as well.

The staff members are friendly and helpful as well. I will be coming back here many, many more times in the future.“
