“Friendly, efficient staff! Good food pretty quickly. Only bad thing was the ice cream machine was down😐. Otherwise we had a nice lunch before heading back to the nearby hospital. It was a great, close eatery to take a break in! Thank you!“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“

“I love this Chicken Express. I will drive across town to come to the Rowlett location. I want to give a special shout out to Lisa at this location. She is fantastic! Always greeting me with a smile and knows what I want when I come through the drive-thru. I say give this woman a raise!!“

“My son loves to stop by here. Normally if they can remember the tomatoes on his soft taco, he has a good experience. Not today.
Today, not to be accurate, we left his therapy and he wanted to stop, for context, he has autism.
We order. His order is always the same. Chicken soft taco, no lettuce, please don't forget the tomatoes. We order, as I'm ringing up, and stick my card in, she accidently billed me for a beef soft taco, not a chicken. Okay, she said she could bill me for extra chicken, almost 2 dollars. Um no.
So this draws out. Meanwhile I'm trying to work this out with her and my son is wondering around, and I'm trying to keep an eye on him. Okay, so finally, the difference from beef to chicken is 40 cents.
Okay, I don't want to charge 40 cents on my card, I dig around and find 25 cents. I told them after I got him settled, I'd go get the fifteen cents.
Okay, so let's just get past this and get the toppings. Oh, out of pico so I'd have to pay extra for tomatoes to make it myself with the other toppings, no thanks.
Forgets the taco (from my order) Great.
By this point I'm getting frustrated but I have t expressed it. I just go sit and eat.
Then I watch two employees walk in, one with a friend in pajamas. She just walks over and grabs a small cup and gets herself a drink and then grabs two two go side cups. Have no idea what she did with them, don't care.
My point is, it was literally a while ordeal over 40 cents, then no pico, then forget the taco, but any person can just walk in and walk out with a drink?

“I am a regular here and i only write reviews to criticize but not this time. The service here was very good. Zahid one of the shift managers helped me with my order, has a really good personality and is always professional. He has such a warm smile and is the only reason I keep on coming back here just for him. He has become my good friend too! He was quick to take my order, made sure I was satisfied, and made my day with his humor and love that he puts in every order! David the waiter is also a good person always smiling. I always come at night with my family and will continue coming here where they respect everyone and take care of everyone.“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. I hope your company makes the time and effort to let her know and reward her accordingly. The Hyde Family Ms. Hyde“
