Last wednesday (2-07-2024) I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Chick-fil-A, thanks to an outstanding team member named Oscar. From the moment I walked in, Oscar’s warm greeting and genuine smile set the tone for a memorable dining experience. I’ll be sure to make a return thanks to the excellent customer service.
We stop at Chick-fil-A often. We frequent all the locations. This new one is laid out so much better than any of the surrounding locations that we will come here even if the others are closer. The drive thru operates faster, the parking lot access is superior and it is just an all around better design for a location.

They close their lobby at 9:30, said so right on the door. I didn't realize it and went right in, I didn't want to sit in the drive thru line. ? The employee that was cleaning the dining room stopped and helped me anyways at the counter. Super nice and thank you.
