They close their lobby at 9:30, said so right on the door. I didn't realize it and went right in, I didn't want to sit in the drive thru line. ? The employee that was cleaning the dining room stopped and helped me anyways at the counter. Super nice and thank you.

Chick-fil-A is usually known for their customer service and the ability to get you through their drive-through quickly. This location has to be the slowest in the United States. Someone from corporate really needs to visit this store and explain what they’re doing wrong.

We stop at Chick-fil-A often. We frequent all the locations. This new one is laid out so much better than any of the surrounding locations that we will come here even if the others are closer. The drive thru operates faster, the parking lot access is superior and it is just an all around better design for a location.
Not like your usual chick fil a. Service tonight was slow and last trip the fries were burnt. Not sure chick fil a will let this franchise survive

From my experience here, the team at this Chick-Fil-A location embodies everything that the brand stands for. I forgot to add a few details in my order about my dietary restrictions and they jumped to make sure they got the order right. On top of that instance, the customer service was all around great, as always. I believe it was worth some recognition.
