service was terrible. District Manager doesn't deserve the tittle due to the unp conduct and behavior she conducts in herself. She should go through additional training due to the lack of comprehension and knowledge she possesses. I got charged for food that I did not want and was refused a refund and or my food to be remade. I didn't even eat the food. I walk in and the girl working there was arguing with a customer. All he wanted was his money back. He told her the chicken smelled really bad. She said don't have an attitude with me. This was totally uncalled for. Customer service is horrible the place was dirty and nothing but disrespectful customer service. Oh and the new menu is horrible. This was my favorite place , not anymore. Won't be back.

Everytime i come to this location the servers are talking Spanish about the customers. Also, this location claims to be out of things such as the footlong cookie so they don’t have to make it. I asked them to look then all of a sudden one appeared. Also, this location has been out of the new wraps since the wraps came out.
