“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“

“Tried bb.q Chicken near Wylie and overall it was a solid experience. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, which is exactly what you want with Korean fried chicken. Ryan and John were great company too, fun to swap stories with and hear about the local scene. When I finally took a bite of a wing, I was so happy I drove on over to Kyra's. I will definitely go again. I just have a feeling the pork chops won't disappoint either. I don’t know how they do it with a smile on their face and get everyone in and out and under three minutes. Chick-fil-A here has plenty of parking gets you in and out fast and definitely has good service.“

Their service is very professional and they’re always so kind to me and conversate when time allows. They are quick to apologize for any inconvenience (which is RAREEE) and make it right however they possibly can. I don’t typically write reviews but this location absolutely deserves it!
