I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today. I ordered through the app and easily picked up my order only to realize that they had accidentally forgotten 2 of my CFA biscuits. I gave the location a call and was told that they could give me the missing biscuits if I came back. When I pulled back to the drive through, the employee at the window tried to charge me for the biscuits. Really like this place,The staff is a dream, and John the manager & his team pampers us like no other place I have been. I have never seen any other place that takes care of their client's like here at Chick fil
