I was there at 9 a.m. Sunday in the drive-through. I ordered half a dozen bagels. The cashier was very curt. When I got to the window, she had charged me the wrong amount and for the wrong order. After waiting over six min. A manager gave me a credit and charged me for the correct order. When I got home, half the bagels were hard as a rock, probably from the night before.
Ordered Briskett Bagel....it was NOT on a jalapeños bagel and had MAYO on sandwich....I have bought briskett bagels from Murphy Store since they came out on Einstein's Menu....I will order 1 more time and specify Briskett, Egg on Jalapeños Bagel hold Mayo....hopefully it will come out that way...And Bagels were STALE!!!!

I have been to this location multiple times in the mornings and every time the staff is not personable. They never smile they are so monotone, not smiling and never say thank u. Not sure if they are always sleepy or just not happy working there. Please hire people with personality. As are as the bagels go.....they were flat. Not big and fluffy like they used to be. The cheese is gross.
