If your chicken is soggy with minimal skin or your mac & cheese is watery don’t expect a refund at the store OR corporate level! I was told I cannot get a refund at the store and told by corporate I can only get a voucher through mail. This extremely disregards their customers, especially those living paycheck to paycheck. It should not be this hard to issue a simple refund.

Got the Wednesday special it was fresh and good.
Idk why u guy rate then low on this place....
*Clean surrounding in and out
*Crews ok- missed one order but ok still. Was taken care of
* food is fresh...like its an hr new...so not too bad...still crunchy..sides are not dry
Why i know this..i used to work there so we know when its fresh and not...
And the hot wings...still the old style wings...YUMMY
