I've been here several times and use to love it. This time not so much. The guy that took out order was really friendly. After this the visit went a different direction. We sat down to eat and the chicken was very greasy and tasted like it had been cooked the day before and warmed in the microwave. We got there at 11 am so I figured we would get fresh made. Not so much. As we were eating a roach crawled past us on the wall and went behind a sign on the window. At this point I was done and we were preparing to throw our trash away and leave. As we walked to the trash we saw another roach on the floor.

So I was just in drive thru not even 20 minutes ago. Whoever this lady was. More then likely is the manager. You can tell she was Nigerian or something but she has the most nastiest disgusting attitude and you’re supposed to be a manager. If you don’t like your job then quit because your attitude will cause someone to jump out of their car and regret their decision. Have some class and respect for your customers. You have a job because of us. You’re very ignorant and very ugly inside and out. Get a new profession if you don’t like working fast food.

The female shift manager gave me excellent customer service.
This is the second time i come here and am missing half my order when i get home. Phone never gets answered. Now i have to drive back for a refund. Smh. Waste of time.
