“Usually I come to this location throughout the week and when I ask for extra crispy fingers that's what I get, it's pretty good. The weekend shift needs to learn what EXTRA CRISPY CHICKEN FINGERS means I don't want light brown soft chicken tenders.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“

*Crews ok- missed one order but ok still. Was taken care of
* food is fresh...like its an hr new...so not too bad...still crunchy..sides are not dry

Why i know this..i used to work there so we know when its fresh and not...
