I recently visited Pollo Regio, and it was hands down one of the best chicken meals I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and really care about quality.

The seasoning was spot on, with just the right balance of spice and flavor. I tried the half chicken meal, and it was incredible. The sides were just as good especially the charro beans

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during the busy hours. The restaurant had a cozy, casual vibe that made it perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

If you love chicken, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!“

“We love Korean style BBQ chicken and have had them at different places in the Plano and Carrollton before. We came to this place because it has higher satisfaction rating, just to try. The food though doesn't taste as good as the other places. There seems to be a lack of coating on the Cheeselings. The Secret sauce is on par with others, however.“

“I live in Wylie however I drive to murphy anytime I get chick-fil-a. Their food is always SO fresh and cooked correctly. Their service is very professional and they’re always so kind to me and conversate when time allows. They are quick to apologize for any inconvenience (which is RAREEE) and make it right however they possibly can. I don’t typically write reviews but this location absolutely deserves it! We all know the score, everything is expensive and most normal folks have less spending power these days. It affects everything, not just fast food. But that doesn't change the fact that NO chicken joint is so good that the higher prices are 100% worth it. So if my docking the star on a Google review somehow qualifies as an act of rebellion (which is not really my intention), so be it.“

“I tried them last night for the first time ever and I was hooked lol. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I got the Olivia’s old south on croissant, broccoli salad, Lemon basil (could’ve had a teensy bit more flavor but still good) and kickin’ Kay Lynne scoops, flower cookie and strawberry lemonade. And I know some people like to talk down on the aesthetics but it just reminds me of a specific style of the early 2000s like limited too and Lizzie McGuire that feeds my nostalgia. 🌺👌🏻“

“My husband and I love Church’s chickens so we eat it often when traveling. This is BY FAR the BEST ONE we’ve ever been to! The food came out fast so I assumed it was old. Nope. It was hot, fresh, literally STEAMING!!! The biscuit was super big and really soft. As we were leaving Steve asked how it was. I couldn’t help but rave that it was amazing. I’ll continue driving out here to eat, even though it’s 30 mins from my house.

“When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“
