“Everything we had there was very fresh, great customer service and all of that at a very reasonable price. Best sweet tea in town. The store is always clean.
Today is June 14th 2026 and this an update, we ate there yesterday and for the 1st time ever we were not happy with their food, my grilled chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like it’s been setting in a warmer all day. The customer service was great like always but the food was below average.“

“I ordered three tenders, fries, and a drink. It was good and the tenders were a good size, but it was EIGHTEEN+ dollars. That's overpriced in my opinion. And they were a bit skimpy on the fries. At that price I expect fries to be bursting out of my to go box like a fat mans belly in a tube top!“

We decided to dine here for dinner, ordered the 18 piece chicken wings and divided the flavors into original spicy and Galbi wings. Both were delicious. The original spicy has a special kind of crisp that can only be experienced by dining here. The spice level is also not over the top that it buries the flavor and becomes the star of the show; it's just spicy enough to let you know that you got hit with the spice stick. I'm not a sauced wing kinda guy, but the Galbi wings were sticky, flavorful, tender and juicy. I'm surprise that the Galbi wings were still crunchy despite being dowsed with all that delicious sauce! Both style of wings were fried to perfection but remained very juicy whenever you bite into it! Careful, the wings arrive straight from the frier, don't want to burn your mouth-roof! Our son enjoyed his basked of fried sweet potato fries, it's his go-to side and I'm glad bb.q Chicken serves it. This location serves alcohol, including bottled/canned beer, wine and soju. Move over Wing Stop, this is our new wings spot!“

“This is a great Chick-fil-A. This location is the better of the 2 in Rockwall. They have definitely hires up all of the respectable young people in Rockwall, while the McDonald's on N. Goliad has been left with the scrub employees and it is definitely reflected in the experience you will have.“

The gentleman at the front register was extremely professional and welcoming, which really set the tone. My food was fresh, hot, and really tasty. A young gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order. He very quickly brought my food and complimented my shirt. “Ordered three drinks and food in the drive thru, along with CFA sauce and Polynesian sauce. Didn't got any straws, napkins, or sauce. Did get two forks for the Mac n cheese, but one of the forks was bent. Unable to go back. Next time we'll check the order before leaving.“

“The most bubbly girl in the dining room. Short hair, glasses, I wish I got her name to give her credit properly. She was so great. The store was SLAMMED. People everywhere, she smiled, cleaned, directed, took orders, brought orders, she was everywhere and SO KIND. People aren't like that anymore. I just hope the owner or manger can pick out who it was. Food was perfect. Wish this location had play area and bigger parking space. I had to make many loops to find a space.“

“I was a little worried about some of the reviews but hey this is in a gas station so it’s not fancy but certainly clean enough. Still I was skeptical when I pulled up in the lot but decided to give it a try. I didn’t get any sides as my wife was making sides at home. I got the 8 piece. They only have thighs, legs and wings so I got a mix. I was blown away by how good this chicken was. We are 7 pieces! It was perfectly cooked and the breading kind of reminded me old school original recipe. Next time we want fried chicken this is our go to!!“

“When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋“

“I had gone to this Popeye's for the first time and my visit was a nice one! The first thing that I noticed was that the place was kept clean and tidy! The lady who took my order was very nice, friendly and helpful! 🙂 I had asked several questions regarding the food and she was pleasant and helped me with my order. I didn't list any rating for atmosphere because this is a fast food establishment. The food was very good and not dried out and overcooked! The chicken was moist and fresh. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“
