“Everything we had there was very fresh, great customer service and all of that at a very reasonable price. Best sweet tea in town. The store is always clean.
Today is June 14th 2026 and this an update, we ate there yesterday and for the 1st time ever we were not happy with their food, my grilled chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like it’s been setting in a warmer all day. The customer service was great like always but the food was below average.“

We all know the score, everything is expensive and most normal folks have less spending power these days. It affects everything, not just fast food. But that doesn't change the fact that NO chicken joint is so good that the higher prices are 100% worth it. So if my docking the star on a Google review somehow qualifies as an act of rebellion (which is not really my intention), so be it.“

“As we were leaving, our 4 year old accidentally dropped 2 of his chicken fingers that we were taking home. An employee saw what happened and immediately ordered us 2 more. They did not have to do that and it was much appreciated!! ❤️“

“I went in around 7:30 PM this evening and had a fantastic experience. The crew working at that time was awesome. The gentleman at the front register was extremely professional and welcoming, which really set the tone. My food was fresh, hot, and really tasty. “I had such a pleasant experience today. I love this restaurant so much and do not visit often since I do not have one near my house. So I go out of my way when I know one is near. A young gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order. He very quickly brought my food and complimented my shirt. Just amazing service overall and I love that an employee focuses on connecting with the customers. I bought a to go chicken salad just because I love the place that much more after this experience. “I live in Wylie however I drive to murphy anytime I get chick-fil-a. Their food is always SO fresh and cooked correctly. Their service is very professional and they’re always so kind to me and conversate when time allows. They are quick to apologize for any inconvenience (which is RAREEE) and make it right however they possibly can. I don’t typically write reviews but this location absolutely deserves it! Thank you guys for always making my experience great!“

“Chic-fil-a has feeding the masses down pat. If the line is long, don’t worry you they’ll have you through quickly. The food is always good and served with a smile.
Inside dining is good - maybe a bit small, always clean and they have a play zone for the kids.“

“The most bubbly girl in the dining room. Short hair, glasses, I wish I got her name to give her credit properly. She was so great. The store was SLAMMED. People everywhere, she smiled, cleaned, directed, took orders, brought orders, she was everywhere and SO KIND. People aren't like that anymore. I just hope the owner or manger can pick out who it was. Food was perfect. Wish this location had play area and bigger parking space. I had to make many loops to find a space.“

“I was a little worried about some of the reviews but hey this is in a gas station so it’s not fancy but certainly clean enough. Still I was skeptical when I pulled up in the lot but decided to give it a try. I didn’t get any sides as my wife was making sides at home. I got the 8 piece. They only have thighs, legs and wings so I got a mix. I was blown away by how good this chicken was. We are 7 pieces! It was perfectly cooked and the breading kind of reminded me old school original recipe. Next time we want fried chicken this is our go to!!“

“When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“
