I’ve never seen a teriyaki place with a drive thru so that’s also a plus. The employees are very sweet and patient whether you’re a new customer or a regular. Also love that their food is fresh and never differs in a negative way. Always a hit, never a miss :)”

“When we first came in we ordered burgers and fries and drink and then he assumed that we was going to pay with the card so the transaction was canceled whenever we handed cash so we had to go get a manager to move to another register for some reason but usually when the managers come in front of customers the managers greet but this manager on duty she didn't great nobody then I'm not sure but a big boss walked in or owner and he went straight to the kitchen and he was looking at each employee and then we got the burger quick the burgers were hot and fresh the cold stuff was cold on the burger and the bun and the meat were hot! They have done a lot better at this place here recently I guess for me working different restaurants and stuff I felt the manager walk in and I was nervous because I was afraid that he was going to say something to me what I done wrong LOL and then he greeted us have a good day when we left after we walked out I told my husband I felt like I was working because I was nervous because of the manager there but not for no apparent reason really just my fear anyway great job Whataburger! Just maybe the managers on duty need to be a little bit more friendlier to teach the other employees to be more friendly!”

People, if you see that they're short staffed (like many fast food places) don't expect to get your food fast, especially during rush hours or after a local football game. If you are not willing to wait more than 15 minutes for your big order or someone else who order $50 worth of food, then just go home and cook your own meal. Quit complaining!”

We sat at the bar while waiting for our to go to be red and the sweet red wine that I asked for was delicious! The spaghetti with meat sauce was great without being overly oily like some places can be. The Greek salad has arugula which is CRISP, not wilted at all! The bread is soft with a slight crunch on the top perfect for using to scoop up the bits of meat sauce. My kiddo is who is very particular about her spaghetti LOVED this place! We can’t wait to try more of the menu! We ordered a kids portion meal and it may have been an adult size plate. You get your moneys worth here and it is so flavorful!”

“Our waitress, I'm ashamed I didn't get her name, was so attentive and helpful. It was our first time trying Puerto Rican food and she was great at providing recommendations. We started with the tostones, which were the bomb (dipped in the sauce or not). Hubby and I got the Pollo de la Plancha with the red rice and it was so flavorful and a perfectly sized portion. Our daughter got the Pollo Sandwich and she ate the whole thing (she can be pretty picky). All in all, our first experience was amazing and we will, for sure, be coming back. The Mofongo is calling my name.”

You walk in and feel like family, they will talk to you all day if you want, and are super patient when it comes to asking questions about what’s in their drinks and food. She told me that she had already run it because she was trying to reduce run times. I couldn't believe it. How selfless of her. Instead of grabbing the money, she put the customers first and took to heart the instructions of her boss. She is to be commended. However when I went back for a remake on Saturday it was an entirely different story and the manager was very apologetic. He gave me extra for the trouble and it was super yummy. He said sometimes the chicken shows up frozen after being breaded and it ruins it. I recommend going here but check the quality before you head home to be sure it's a good batch.”

“Yesterday was mine and my son’s first time here and it was spectacular! McKenna was very kind and patient with my son who is on the spectrum. Usually, when I have a teenager taking my order, I feel rushed and disrespected, but she is the complete opposite. She was actively having a conversation with me and didn’t show annoyance and wasn’t trying to find a way to close it and as I’ve said before, patient. I was blown away as she seemed to have advanced knowledge on the menu; she was throwing out suggestions left and right. Not only that, but the smoothie she made was delicious! There was a slight hint of smokiness that added greatly to the flavor. “I initially went in to purchase kitfo and tibs but the kind owner informed me that she makes kitfo on Saturdays which I understood. I ordered the beef tibs and they were juicy and flavorful. I’ve eaten at numerous Ethiopian restaurants throughout the city and their tibs easily out rank some of the other establishments. It had a kick but it wasn’t overbearing. The injera was good. The prices were fair. It’s nice to have a restaurant in this part of town, considering that most of them are in Dallas. They also have a small grocery setup inside. I’d happily return and I would recommend.”
