These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. Me mother and me brother visited and ordered food, food gud, me full, me happy. Service get 4/5 cuz me slurp watar and me slurp too fast, my poor waiter can't pour watar faster, me fault.

Lots of help(kids) just Messing around acting silly and loud. Drink station dirty and condiments need tending. We have been here before and witnessed the same thing. It needs cleaning and some adult supervision. I’ve never written a review before but after experiencing this here before I felt I needed to inform someone. All this doesn’t make me want to come back. A manager in training tried and seemed to be only person really working as the kids just seemed oblivious to helping.”

“I love Dutch Bros wayyyy more than Starbucks. This one on hwy 78 didn't make my drink quite as good as the one on fm 544, but it was still good. I ordered the Tigers Blood Iced Rebel along with 3 others, and it was good but not as snow cone flavored as the other store. I would still recommend them though as I believe they were training and they were still friendly and everything was still timely. The order ahead option is ALWAYS the best bet as they stay busy at every location.”

“If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. Every employee treated me like a VIP. The food was prepared to perfection, and I thought so after eating it a half an hour later as I got take out. I can’t imagine how good everything would have been if I were dining in. We got a sandwich (chicken, egg, gravy), biscuits and shiitake gravy, a chicken, egg, cheese, gravy taco, and smashed hash browns. The texture of everything was perfect, and we loved the kick. We’ll be back soon!”
