They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. I have to say this is as good as its good to get. The food was delicious. The service was great and being able to speak Spanish with the owners was a plus I give this restaurant 5 stars.”

“When I travel I like to find local spots to eat rather than the chain places. I picked out the Ballard Street Cafe because it looked like an older place in an old downtown spot. I was not disappointed as it was exactly what I thought with exposed brick, wood floors, and a 50’s style lunch counter. In addition there were several tables and the required set of local characters sharing breakfast and gossip over coffee. The waitstaff was attentive and polite, and made you feel right at home. To complete the experience, I have to talk about the food. I ordered a 2 egg breakfast with chicken fried steak. It also came with choice of hash browns or grits and b&g, toast, or a pancake. I chose the b&g and grits. First off, the chicken fry was obviously hand breaded and cooked perfectly. They gave me a knife but it was fork tender. The grits were hearty and flavorful. The side of b&g came with TWO homemade biscuits and cream gravy. Everything was awesome! I ended up taking half my steak and the b&g home for a second meal. Getting ALL this with coffee for about $15 with tax almost felt criminal. If you’re ever in Wylie, do yourself a favor and check them out!”

They were delicious, without any gritty, dry, or strange aftertaste. Even better, they will modify nearly anything on their menu to match your diet needs. I've added pics of their menu, see for yourself that they offer a huge selection of classic smoothies and teas, each one has a different range of caffeine for energy, antioxidants, vitamins, protein, and much more, making it easier to have an arson of healthy drinks to complement your efforts to get fit.”

“Been coming to Chiloso for years. Used to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with them. Prices have gotten out of hand to the point that I come significantly less often and instead found other local places to get my Mexican food fix.
I still go often for breakfast tacos. I certainly miss the days when they weren’t $5 each.
Food has gotten inconsistent. 5 stars for food on some visits, 3 stars on others.
Eggs can be runny, or they can be brown and overcooked. Sometimes they give you 1 piece of bacon per taco and other times 2-3 pieces per taco. Staff is usually friendly and line usually moves fast. Just wish they’d get more consistent.”

I recently read the new CEO was on a mission to fix quality so i decided to give it a try. I’m very pleased that my last 3 visits here over the past few weeks have been outstanding. It’s like a 1985 burger king with quality food again. Burgers looked like the picture they show in advertisements. Food was hot and orders have been perfect. I’m now telling everyone I know to give them a try again. Best fast food in town atm in my opinion.”

“I'm originally from NC so I have high expectations, and this location is top notch. Food tastes just like that Bo flavor I'm familiar with and the manager (I believe his name is Tylar) is outstanding, far and above the best service I've received at Bojangles in NC or in TX! Definitely recommend!”
