“Got to say that this store has the best Bakery Department. 5 Stars all the way. Needed a cake and called Kroger and Walmart and they would not even try and help, all I got was no. Called Tom Thumb and they were so nice and helpful and BOOM made a awesome cake!! Way to go!! Hands down to the bakers! Thank you.“

“Okay I normally do not leave reviews, but I have to this time. I’m not sure what changed, but in the past few months this Starbucks has really stepped it up. I just moved to the area back in Sept 2022 and tried this location and was not pleased with the customer service. The girl at the window didn’t even speak to me, just handed my drink over. I thought it could just be that girl so I tried again a couple weeks later. Same situation, but different employee. I stopped going to this location just based on the lack of warmness from the employees. Fast forward to a couple months ago when I tried this location again. Seriously night and day difference. The employees are super friendly and welcoming each time I drive through. I come here several times a week because they make my drink the best and they are very pleasant. Good job to this team!!“
“This Starbucks is inside a Kroger grocery store. It has a seating area with about six tables and there are several outlets to choose from.The food isn't always stocked if you're the first customer in the door in the morning. Also, if you plan to grab a drink and hang out to work, bring a jacket. It typically feels like you're sitting in a walk-in freezer. You will also have to endure the store announcements, so it's not necessarily a quiet space to work.Parking: It's a Kroger grocery store, so there is plenty of parking.“
“This morning 1/30/24 around 11:25am, I pulled up to order a drink and food. The young lady at the drive through took my card and ran it. I told her to put on a tip. She told me that she had already run it because she was trying to reduce run times. I couldn't believe it. How selfless of her. Instead of grabbing the money, she put the customers first and took to heart the instructions of her boss. She is to be commended. I didn't catch her name, but she will go far and I wanted you to know what a great employee you have.“
