“Whoever manages this location does a particularly great job. This has been my favorite of the 7 or 8 locations I've been to around Frisco for years. They consistently make the drinks correctly, are extremely personable & kind, and I never have a long wait despite the crowds. Fave. 🥰“

No line to order and a quick order purchase process when using the app. A little disappointed the drink we ordered was not complete due to a shortage of a specific ingredient. “This Starbucks truly stands out! Every visit is consistently a great experience. The team here is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes an effort in getting to know you. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. From always getting my order correct to providing fast, attentive service even when they are busy in the mornings.

What impresses me most is the positive atmosphere. These employees work incredibly well together, support one another, and make the consumer feel valued, rather than just another transaction. The store is always clean, and inviting.

It's clear there is strong leadership and a team that cares about creating a great experience. This is why I'm so glad my neighborhood has the number store around. Definitely a five-star location, and one I've been visiting over the last year, and one I'm always happy to return to!“

“My daughter and I stopped by today after 2 soccer games. I ordered a Pistachio cold brew (and a few other items) and I have to say, it’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had!!! “I see a lot of bad reviews but I would have to say maybe it was just a bad day for the person posting the review. I’m not from the area but stopped in to work while my father has a procedure. This store runs a tight crew. 7 people behind the counter and working hard. They knew almost every person picking up their mobile order. These young adults are working hard; mostly likely going to school in the afternoon or evening. Great place to sit and work“

“The barista/cashier was Josiah!! It was long lines until we got to order but he was so pleasant and so helpful that we had a wonderful experience. I have had the same chai and the same snack at Starbucks a million times but Josiah, his pleasant disposition, respectful approach and absolute understanding of our order made this experience stand out in my mind as one of the best!!! “Pooja is the best. We didn’t know that the chai was different and Pooja helped my wife recreate her previous chai order. She made sure to ask us while we were seated if it was good and printed the sticker out so we knew exactly what to order. My ube coconut macchiato was also a great recommendation as well.“

“Stopped at Starbucks before class and got a caramel macchiato plus a bacon egg bite. The drink came out exactly how I like it and the egg bites were warm and filling. The barista even fixed my order when I picked the wrong size. Def a nice place to grab a quick boost.“

“This location is located is inside the Kroger behind the neighborhood where we live so we do frequent it,they produce fantastic coffee and my wife is good friends with the lady who makes coffee there sometimes there's a line but it always goes pretty quickly. I stopped in today for a Cinnamon Coffee Cake and a Dragon Drink (no ice, of course), and this visit reminded me exactly why I keep coming back to this location. The moment I walked in, the energy was just right. Busy, yes, but the kind of busy that feels alive and welcoming rather than chaotic.

The real standout of my visit was Tey. I was just muttering to myself that I probably should have ordered a pink drink instead, and before I could even finish the thought, Tey was right there, heard me, and said he could make that happen. No hesitation, no hassle. He swapped it out with a smile and wrote “yum” on my cup. That tiny gesture made my entire afternoon - thank you! That is genuine hospitality, and it is rare.

On top of the exceptional service, this location has added more open seating and it is absolutely wonderful. The space feels fresh, comfortable, and inviting. Even with the afternoon rush in full swing, every single person behind that counter was smiling and engaged. The whole team brings great energy and it shows in the atmosphere they create.

If you have not been to this location lately, come back. The upgrades are worth it, and the team here, especially Tey, will make you feel like a regular even if it is your first time.“

“This particular Starbucks is drive through or walk up only and it is surprisingly very fast even when the line is long! It’s my go to because it’s on the way to work but also because I know they won’t add too much time to my commute.This particular time I went unfortunately, even though I took a couple sips, the drink wasn’t actually full and there was a lot of Matcha that was not blended or stirred in. So they do make mistakes as expected but overall they’re good.“

“About a week ago I came to this Starbucks and asked for a suggestion on what to get:Mind you I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for at least 2 years; but this particular time I asked for a suggestion on what to drink. I ordered and was over the top thrilled with the drink but it was good/ok. After the barista Joel asked me how it was and I told him. I’m guessing bc my review wasn’t that I was blown away he decided to bless me with a gift card to try something else next time on him. I just thought that was dope and I appreciated that. This Starbucks is amazing. One of my favorite places to meet up with people or just come and read my Bible. Big shoutout to this location and its team. I’ve never had a bad experience here.“
