“Had an outstanding experience at Starbucks inside the AC Hotel Dallas Frisco. The coffee was great, but what really made this location stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and genuinely made the experience feel personal. A special thank you to Sophia, who absolutely went above and beyond. After just one visit, she remembered my name and my regular order, which instantly made me feel valued as a customer. That kind of attention and care is rare and says a lot about the people working here. Excellent service like that keeps people coming back. Looking forward to many more visits!“

“I see a lot of bad reviews but I would have to say maybe it was just a bad day for the person posting the review. I’m not from the area but stopped in to work while my father has a procedure. This store runs a tight crew. 7 people behind the counter and working hard. They knew almost every person picking up their mobile order. These young adults are working hard; mostly likely going to school in the afternoon or evening. Great place to sit and work“

“I went to Starbucks the other day and was helped by Eric, and he was honestly so kind. He had such a warm and friendly attitude and made the experience really pleasant. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers, and that kind of energy makes a big difference. He definitely made my day a little better.“

“The staff is always friendly and the store is always busy. I see regulars there a lot. If ordering tea you must order it sooner than you want to drink it. Lately I have been ordering my tea then adding water to cool it down. Last night I poured my tea in my water bottle as usual but this time the tea must have been at boiling temperature because when I poured it in it actually MELTED MY WATER BOTTLE. I realize my bottle is not made for hot drinks but I can only imagine what would have happened if I took a drink straight from the Starbucks cup. I hope nobody gets hurt.“

“I stopped in to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and some gift cards for our local first responders. The manager who assisted me was so helpful and friendly. I had to step away to take a call, and when I returned, he surprised me with a Starbucks bag that had “Thank You” written on it and included huge chocolate chunk cookies along with my gift cards.

He told me he appreciated me appreciating our local firefighters and wanted to contribute something on behalf of his location. The firefighters at Prosper Station 2 truly enjoyed the thoughtful contribution.

I already enjoyed this location, but after this experience, I absolutely love it. Anyone who has a heart for serving and supporting those who serve us every day are my kind of people. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future!“

“My daughter and I stopped by today after 2 soccer games. I ordered a Pistachio cold brew (and a few other items) and I have to say, it’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had!!! Not only the flavor was perfect but the lovely barista was outstanding!! I will make sure I will stop by here again. Top notch service!!!“

I think your prices are high, but I come their daily because I feel good when I leave. That alone is worth the price of a coffee.“

“Pooja is the best. We didn’t know that the chai was different and Pooja helped my wife recreate her previous chai order. She made sure to ask us while we were seated if it was good and printed the sticker out so we knew exactly what to order. My ube coconut macchiato was also a great recommendation as well.“

“A good experience at this location inside the Target. No line to order and a quick order purchase process when using the app. A little disappointed the drink we ordered was not complete due to a shortage of a specific ingredient. The barista handled this issue in the beginning and set the expectation clearly. Excellent job!! Thank you“

“The barista/cashier was Josiah!! It was long lines until we got to order but he was so pleasant and so helpful that we had a wonderful experience. I have had the same chai and the same snack at Starbucks a million times but Josiah, his pleasant disposition, respectful approach and absolute understanding of our order made this experience stand out in my mind as one of the best!!! “This location is located is inside the Kroger behind the neighborhood where we live so we do frequent it,they produce fantastic coffee and my wife is good friends with the lady who makes coffee there sometimes there's a line but it always goes pretty quickly. If you're looking for someone to make a fantastic cup of coffee for you ask for tita.“

“Tall, dark, sweet and hot - I felt like I needed to devour and savour every drop...And the coffee is good, too!Next time ur in the mood for a tall cup of handsome, do urself a favor check out Devin, the barista. Even with the face mask, his eyes are amazing.Had me wishing I was single and 10 yrs younger. He was also really funny and made good coffee - Starbucks should give Devin a raise... “Just moved to the area and been coming here almost daily; ordering always online. Always right my Triple Tall Latte with Raw sugar and the Quadruple Espresso with raw sugar. They are always on time. Plus, when I get there early, they care and ask. Clean open airy place with nice outdoor tables as well.“

“About a week ago I came to this Starbucks and asked for a suggestion on what to get:Mind you I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for at least 2 years; but this particular time I asked for a suggestion on what to drink. I ordered and was over the top thrilled with the drink but it was good/ok. After the barista Joel asked me how it was and I told him. I’m guessing bc my review wasn’t that I was blown away he decided to bless me with a gift card to try something else next time on him. I just thought that was dope and I appreciated that. This Starbucks is amazing. One of my favorite places to meet up with people or just come and read my Bible. Big shoutout to this location and its team. I’ve never had a bad experience here.“

“This particular Starbucks is drive through or walk up only and it is surprisingly very fast even when the line is long! It’s my go to because it’s on the way to work but also because I know they won’t add too much time to my commute.This particular time I went unfortunately, even though I took a couple sips, the drink wasn’t actually full and there was a lot of Matcha that was not blended or stirred in. So they do make mistakes as expected but overall they’re good.“
