Starbucks Coffee Company has great coffee and happy staff. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and happy, making it a pleasure to come in and have a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is welcoming. Some customers think the coffee has gotten less flavorful, like the mocha being grittier. The parking lot can be wild. The staff is always really nice and quick to make things right if there is a problem. Starbucks changes its menu with the seasons and refreshes the décor, making it feel cozy and new every time. The staff is attentive and makes sure customers have everything they need.
