My food was good. I had to wait about an hour to get it. In the hour that I spent waiting for the food, I got to witness an irate customer lose his mind about a missing container of ranch. A member of the staff had to be held back from beating up the customer. I’m giving 4 stars despite this issue because the management made it right. Employees should not be verbally assaulted by customers. I didn’t come for the show. I came for the food. And the food was great.
Man…. When it’s slow and your wings come out in 5 minutes, you know they are going to be lousy. I would rather wait 30 minutes than to be served cook-ups. Just a soggy, greasy mess. The fries were fine and the place was clean. But the wings, can’t just let them sit in the basket like that.
