“Very clean, fully stocked bakery. This was the first time for me at this location, and it is a great store! I had a mango puff which was so light and airy, creamy, and delicious! “Summer coming to an end. Decided to go out with kids for a treat before bed time. The Nutella nut bun was amazing. Had the chocolate Dubai strawberries and they were pretty good to. Place was super clean and staff very friendly! Unique dessert and coffee spot!“

One of the best matchas I have had in all DFW. It has Just the right amount of sweet and the matcha has a deep clean flavor. Everything was delicious and flavorful!!“

“I went to explore Frisco and read an online review that Heritage had the best coffee in the city. They were closed until 8am (how on earth can you operate a coffee shop and not open until 8am I do not know). I'm now thankful they were closed for I found Summer Moon. The equipment is exceptional and the staff very welcoming and pleasantly happy. After a discussion about coffee with Morgan, I ordered the special, which was the Summer Moon Latte. It is rich, deep in flavor, and if you order the special cream, as I did, it is a rich cream to balance the strength of the wonderful brew of espresso. I'm glad the wonderful woman using such beautiful equipment knows how to brew an exceptional cup of coffee. It is not in my ability to purchase such a treat often, and I'm glad I spent my money there. I give thanks for Summer Moon and the staff. I hope you try it, it's worth the drive, at least I think so. :)“

“Desiree was amazing. I’m definitely annoying when it comes to ordering because I don’t know exactly what I want. She was patient, friendly and really amplified my experience.

The manager was very kind as well. I came back to have my drink remade(100% my fault) and I was promptly checked on and he made sure that everything was as expected. Great store with great staff.“

“Went just before closing time on a Monday—thank you for being patient with my order! The tiramisu cake was absolutely amazing. The flavor is very savory, and on the border between that and sweet.

The service: The servers are very nice; they were out of the chocolate croissants and let me substitute it for something else. Smiled and told me politely, and even asked if I wanted a refund or replacement.

The food/drink taste: Tiramisu cake was honestly the best tiramisu cake I’ve had, ever. The coffee however, was such a weird flavor to me, personally. The coffee taste is not anything I’ve ever tasted before and I’ve ordered at many different places asking for the same thing: “Iced mocha coffee with whole milk”, so unfortunately, I won’t return strictly because I have a different pallet than what I’m used to. Not because it’s bad, just different, that’s why I don’t rate it badly. It’s a good drink, but not what I was expecting.

The only issues I have: I asked for a large on both my drinks, but was given these small cups. I won’t rate it poorly because it’s a secluded business and this small ‘whoops’ is of nothing for me to worry about.
And: It was SO hard to find this place. I kept doing circles because the gps kept taking me back to the same place, so I walked further down; then I realized the seclusion.

“My daughter loves 7 brew! We stopped at this location while at a tournament. She got her usual and made a statement at how our local place needs to step it up! She got a cinnamon roll blonde with extra carmel drizzle. The young man taking the order was friendly but the music is the reason for my 2 star for atmosphere. Anything sexually explicit or with profanity shouldn't be played at a place where you service a diverse clientele. Otherwise, keep up the great, fast, friendly service!“

“I have been coming here for long as they have been open. Its one of my favorite coffee shops in Frisco because of the people. There have been hits and misses on the seasonal drinks but that's probably because they keep inventing new ways to combine mocha drinks with new ingredients.

I used the space for reading nowadays but there was a time I came to the cafe everyday for several hours to apply for jobs. I've seen plenty of baristas and ambassadors come and go but Sydney and the verve team have always been friendly to me.

I gotta shout out the ambassadors too since they always greet me and ask me how my day was. I appreciate the level of service even if they are busy, they do their best to handle the crowds.“

“Stopped by this location on Preston over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised! I had never been to a Scooters before so was not familiar with the menu. The worker at the drive-thru was very pleasant and explained the menu asking what I was in the mood for. I settled for the strawberry smoothie. It was delicious, priced right and very filling! The workers are very nice and pleasant - I liked the “scoot on around” slogan after your order is placed, made me chuckle. I’ll definitely be back to this location.“
