“I drove an hour to do my morning bible study here and i loved it! The atmosphere was quiet and the food and latte was SO good. The staff are all so sweet and very welcoming. The cashier by the front was so sweet and personable, i didn't get her name. But she was so so sweet and her smile was breath taking. I will definitely be back. If you're looking for a quiet faith based coffee shop to read, pray, journal, or just enjoy quiet time with the Lord. This is the place! Worth the drive if you don't live in the area.“

“As a coffee connoisseur, I can confidently give this place five stars for coffee quality and taste. The drinks are consistently well crafted, flavorful, and clearly made with care and high quality beans. Living in Frisco, it is refreshing to finally have a café like this, since there is nothing comparable within a 15-mile radius. The only minor drawback is that the seating is not the most comfortable if you plan to stay for a long work session. That said, it does not take away from the overall experience or the exceptional coffee. “As a daily patron of Starbucks for my trenta iced black tea, I’ve had routinely pleasant experiences at many Starbucks throughout Frisco. There is one barista, however, whose service and demeanor is exceptional, and that is Sophia at the AC Hotel at The Star. Sophia prepares my tea just as I like it and does it with a smile and sweet attitude (and she always remembers my name!)! Way to go!!“

“We found this little coffee shop from the Dallas Love List Coffee passport and we are so impressed! We got the strawberry matcha, shakeroto and their assortment of hand pizzas. “I need to give Braden the recognition his team should be taking notes from.

If you have ever been in a mall during the holidays, you know how hectic it gets. When we walked in, the café was packed with a line almost to the door. A group of associates were standing around who I assume is the manager focused on his laptop, while Braden was the only one actually doing the work. He was cleaning tables, greeting customers, helping wherever he could, and thanking everyone who came in.
You can tell he has regulars too. While we were there soeaking to him, a sweet older woman asked him how his fiance was doing. That says everything about the kind of connection he builds with people, and I have to shout out the baristas as well. They greet us by name with a smile every single time and it makes the experience even better.
I have been in a few times now and Braden is easily the most consistent and hard working employee they have.
Wonderful customer service. If you stop by, take a moment to chat with him. He is truly a bright spot in the café.“

“New review: I must say, on a Saturday morning with the drive through starting to do the usual wrap around and of course the bustle inside, all while the mobile app is down (due to Microsoft outage, which is currently still affecting not just some Starbucks locations but other businesses as well SCOTT!!!) A cheerful barista responded to a slightly pompous Scott took it upon himself to be the IT guy and with a "special Scott tone" and hearing the barista's calmness, knowledge, and respectful tone was AMAZING! She handled it very well and as I am sure Scott shall make his intelligence known somehow, I think it needs to be recognized how well someone did at handling a waste of time remark, move on Scott and speak to people face to face more it may help you more than you don't know.

The worker at the drive-thru was very pleasant and explained the menu asking what I was in the mood for. I settled for the strawberry smoothie. It was delicious, priced right and very filling! The workers are very nice and pleasant - I liked the “scoot on around” slogan after your order is placed, made me chuckle. I’ll definitely be back to this location.“

“I stopped in to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and some gift cards for our local first responders. The manager who assisted me was so helpful and friendly. I had to step away to take a call, and when I returned, he surprised me with a Starbucks bag that had “Thank You” written on it and included huge chocolate chunk cookies along with my gift cards.

He told me he appreciated me appreciating our local firefighters and wanted to contribute something on behalf of his location. The firefighters at Prosper Station 2 truly enjoyed the thoughtful contribution.

“The staff is always friendly and the store is always busy. I see regulars there a lot. If ordering tea you must order it sooner than you want to drink it. Lately I have been ordering my tea then adding water to cool it down. Last night I poured my tea in my water bottle as usual but this time the tea must have been at boiling temperature because when I poured it in it actually MELTED MY WATER BOTTLE. I realize my bottle is not made for hot drinks but I can only imagine what would have happened if I took a drink straight from the Starbucks cup. I hope nobody gets hurt.“
