Horrible customer service.
If you take a look at their Yelp and google reviews you can see how other people have experienced the same thing.
The drinks that I purchased did not taste good and when I asked to remake one I was met with such a rude response.
And on a google review I left the owner left a funny response - very unprofessional- it’s key for businesses to listen to feedback and take steps to improve but they instead take steps to try to shame the customers...read full review

Renew Coffee N Bakery/peace middle east cafe is a coffee shop that feels like more than a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is amazing and the ambience is beautiful and comfortable. The owner is amazing, welcoming and incredibly friendly. The staff and baristas are always kind, friendly and willing to give suggestions. The menu has Arabic latte, pistachio latte, matcha with pistachio foam and roses, and delicious lattes. Pastries include blueberry muffin with sugar crunch, tiramisu, spiced chicken toasted bread topped with Halloumi cheese, sun‑dried tomato pesto, balsamic vinegar glaze and pomegranate seeds, and new pastries that are affordable and truly delicious. The shop offers seasonal drinks, vibes, furniture and seasonal drinks that make each visit a lovely experience. The coffee is fantastic and truly delicious. The location is great, on the square with additional parking not too far away, about a walk from the hospital. The service is warm, hospitable and the staff make every visit better. The owner recommend this place to everyone.
