Came to Sul and Beans around dinner time and got the strawberry cheesecake bowl. Even though it was pretty busy, Rebecca and all the staff members were super helpful and kind!
I’m normally not a big fan of bingsu, but the taro was excellent! Perfect sweetness, and the crunch of the coconut makes it such a great combo. And the employees are friendly & no Gen Z stare here!

Sul & Beans offers Korean-flavored bingsu and drinks. The bingsu has an interesting texture like sand, and the toppings are not overwhelming. Popular flavors include Fresh Mango Bingsu, Strawberry Cheese, Chocolate, and Oreo. The drinks, such as grape aid, are really good. However, the food is too expensive for an order of snow bowl, and the wait is really long once the order is placed. The inside cafe is absolutely blowing freezing cold, and a group of loud customers can echo throughout. Service issues include forgetting to give sweetened condensed milk and not making the order properly. Despite these downsides, the bingsu is unique for Collin County, and the food is absolutely delicious, tasty, and fresh. While social media may recommend the strawberry, the taro is great. The sweet corn bingsu has a very interesting flavor, though corn pieces get stuck in teeth. For a less sweet option, the Fresh Mango Bingsu comes with condensed milk on the side.
