First time at Marufuku and I think a return visit is in order. The ramen broth (chicken and pork) and noodles were fantastic. It's a little pricey for the portion size but it's worth the spend in the end. The pork buns were a pleasant surprise with a burst of fresh flavors. Very good. The soy dressing on the salad had a little kick to it and was another pleasant surprise. Will definitely go back and try the chicken broth next time!
I missed ramen because I was hit by a cold wave and it was cold, so I went to Texas and had ramen.A ramen shop with several stores in the United States.The staff's response was pleasant.If it's your first time, I recommend the Hakata Tonkotsu DX and gyoza.The gyoza is a very delicious grilled gyoza with a crispy exterior.As for ramen, it would be nice to have this ramen in America.While there are many noodles that are quite thick and curly, Hakata ramen has thin noodles.It's a...read full review

Love the lively atmosphere and friendly service. The ramen noodle is always prefer texture and the broth is out of this world. I had the Hakata Tonkatsu and still dreaming about its richness. Highly recommend.
