Black Rock Coffee Bar is a coffee shop known for its excellent coffee and tea. The espresso shot is very tasty and the drinks are creamier with a fuller body than some other popular chains, making it a coffee lover's dream. Some drinks, like the iced vanilla breve, come highly recommended. The coffee and egg bites are good, and it is also great for breakfast snacks and quick bites.
The coffee bar vibe is great. It is a great place to meet up with a friend, get a little work done with free WiFi, or enjoy the outside patio. One location is noted as the best place to work from, with a nice atmosphere and a standing table.
The customer service is frequently described as AMAZING, with staff noted for being nice and informative about the Rewards Program, which offers a free medium drink for signing up. This contributes to a VIP feeling.
Some reviewers note that the drinks can be smaller and a bit pricier compared to other places, and one mentioned a large cappuccino was only three-quarters full. However, the consistent feedback is that the coffee is definitely worth giving a try and is highly recommended.
