I had a great experience this morning @ Starbucks with baristas Emmanuel & Yessika! Great service is not just getting your coffee ☕ quick; it’s taking time to smile and small talk and leave a person sometimes smiling as their day starts. Great work you too !
We absolutely love this Starbucks! We’ve been coming here for our morning and afternoon coffees for probably the last five years, and Sophia and Emmanuel are truly the best.
Sophia knows me, my husband, and even our son by name. She always takes the time to spark up a conversation and makes every visit feel so pleasant and personal. Emmanuel is the same way. Every time we see him, he’s genuinely happy to greet us and always so kind.
