The pumpkin chi tea lattes are awesome !
Updated 7/21/18 -The staff has changed a lot and possibly the management. This location use to give great service and I looked forward to coming here. Over the past few months the same staff aren’t friendly, and the new employees need training in customer service. I feel I’m an inconvenience almost every single time I’m here. This is the worst Starbucks in Frisco. Never come here if your otw to work or a meeting. You will be late. Guaranteed. My average wait is 20min. I ordered via Mobile this time to give them plenty of time and I get there and only 1/2 the items are ready. I sit down patiently waiting and 10 minutes later ask them where the other 2 items are "oh let me check." 8 min later I get the rest of my items and not even an apology.
