“I love this location and the staff usually but I came by Friday afternoon around 12:30 and when I had to get my order corrected from iced to hot like it was supposed to be a guy in the back genuinely mimed choking himself like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world even though he was the one that messed up the order (his female coworkers literally told him to make it hot I heard them!). It was such a rotten experience whoever that employee is needs an attitude check because you aren't invisible when you're standing 5 feet away from an open window.“

“I admire this Dunkin’ because they are very consistent. I visit frequently multiple times a week and always get the same thing and it has only been a miss once. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and respectful. There are times u may get someone who’s mood may be off but don’t we all have those days? Overall I am always pleased and the service is quick and accurate every time. The store is always clean. Keep up the good work!“

“The drinks are not consistently made the same, so I can’t give a 5-star review. However, there should be more opportunities to recognize the people who keep customers coming back despite everything else.

My drink was made incorrectly a few weeks ago by the barista (I believe his name was Eli), and when I pointed it out, the interaction came across as somewhat dismissive. Eli may have been having a bad day, but...customers generally expect courteous service and to receive what they paid for.

Mia and Shania are the best though. When they are working, I know my drink will be made correctly the first time. When they are not there, I usually have to request adjustments or have the entire drink remade. They both get a 5 star rating!!!“

Everyone knows prices are high everywhere right now… especially at Starbucks. So I decided to switch it up and try Dunkin' instead and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was bright, clean, and genuinely welcoming. The team working- Kiley, Kayden, and Felicia. They set the tone immediately. They were smiling, kind, and you could tell it wasn’t forced… they actually wanted to be there.
I’ll be honest—I’ve reached a point where if I’m going to pay higher prices anywhere, I need the experience to match. But here’s what surprised me the most: my order was literally about a quarter of what I’d usually spend at Starbucks… and I got more.
So not only was the environment uplifting, but the value was there too.
And that matters—because we all have real life going on behind the scenes. Stress, responsibilities, things people don’t see. But walking into Dunkin’, with the energy those three carried—it shifted something for me. It felt light. It felt positive. It felt real.
That kind of atmosphere makes a difference.
