“I admire this Dunkin’ because they are very consistent. I visit frequently multiple times a week and always get the same thing and it has only been a miss once. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and respectful. There are times u may get someone who’s mood may be off but don’t we all have those days? Overall I am always pleased and the service is quick and accurate every time. The store is always clean. Keep up the good work!“

“The drinks are not consistently made the same, so I can’t give a 5-star review. However, there should be more opportunities to recognize the people who keep customers coming back despite everything else.

My drink was made incorrectly a few weeks ago by the barista (I believe his name was Eli), and when I pointed it out, the interaction came across as somewhat dismissive. Eli may have been having a bad day, but...customers generally expect courteous service and to receive what they paid for.

Mia and Shania are the best though. When they are working, I know my drink will be made correctly the first time. When they are not there, I usually have to request adjustments or have the entire drink remade. They both get a 5 star rating!!!“

“I’ve been having the best experiences at Baskin-Robbins lately! The staff is always so polite and generous with their scoops, which makes every visit a treat.
What I recently discovered—thanks to a super helpful manager—is that you can actually order a quart of any flavor they offer! They also mentioned that if you don’t see your favorite flavor out in the display case, it is absolutely worth asking if they have it stocked in the back.
