I arrived early and walked around the beautiful place and went to the counter when it shouldve been ready and it was!! Second day I went and sat in and got the breakfast bowl. “Loved this place! I stopped in for my first time today and ordered a flat white and spinach & cheese empanada. They were both delicious. The staff was friendly. They let my toddler turn in a drawing of their logo for a free kid’s drink! The bathrooms are clean and have a changing table, so this place got major points in my book.“

I wasn't sure how to order and wanted to ask questions... “Avoca has some of the best iced coffee in Denton. My go to is the iced vanilla latte with oat milk or the TX Bourbon butterscotch iced latte with oat milk. They usually have a decent pastry selection as well. The atmosphere is great for meeting a friend or just relaxing by yourself with a morning coffee. There is an outside patio also. The barista’s are really nice and know their coffee. Highly recommend!“
