“We visited Jakes Burgers and Beer in Frisco on September 26th and had a great experience. Our waitress, Trish, was outstanding! She mentioned that she has only been in Texas for about eight months, but you would think she had been here for years. Trish was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, answered every question we had, and was polite, friendly, and very attentive throughout our meal. She made us feel welcome and really added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Jakes in Frisco, and if you get the chance, ask for Trish—you’ll be well taken care of!“

Really enjoyed our visit to Bollywood Pizza House in Frisco! 🍕 The food was fresh, flavorful, and had some really creative Indian twists. The Samosa chat pizza, chicken tandoori pizza, Desi flavored pastas, Peri peri fries and Indian-style burgers were all delicious. Loved that the specialty wings are baked instead of fried too. And the Dry fruit falooda and shahi falooda are famous here must-try! 🍨 The staff were super cool, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to with family and friends! ❤“

The food was absolutely awesome — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also really good and perfectly prepared, which made our celebration even more enjoyable.

“Finally tried this tiny taqueria in a crowded corner of a gas station, the food was great! We had the bistec tacos w/ beans & rice. The bistec was very well seasoned and had great flavor! The rice was great, the beans were good. We also ordered the pastor gorditas, they were very well made, non greasy and held together well. The meats had great flavor, were tender and tasted fresh unlike some places where the meat sits too long and dries out. Even though this is a tiny place, there was a line and waited about 15 minutes for our food but it was well worth the wait. The gentleman taking our oder was very friendly and the ladies prepping the food were hard at work. We will definitely go back as food this good is hard to find in this area. You won’t know what you are missing until you’ve tried it! ~ just sayin…“

“We were on the hunt for a traditional Brazilian cake for the groom’s cake. We looked and looked until we found Jana with Marvelous Cakes & Pastries. I picked up a personalized tasting box from her and brought it home. After one bite of the peaches and cream cake, Rodrigo knew that she was the one (He said: “That’s It”). We had tried so many other bakeries, but it just wasn’t right. Jana is from Brazil and does things as they do 'at home.’ This was a special piece of Brazil that was a great touch to the evening. Jana was amazing to work with and just look at the cake – it tastes even better. It didn’t last but thirty minutes after cutting the cakes. I have already ordered from Jana again for other events. Go check her out, she will blow your socks off with her flavors and is so easy to work with.“

The patty tastes like it came off of Hank Hill's grill. So ....real...tasting? If that makes sense? The pastrami dog was massive and so decadent looking! Well balanced so neither delicious meat over powered the other. (AND IT CAME ON HAWAIIAN ROLLS!! So do the burgers if ya order em not in a bowl) She kindly offered to turn their peach maple smash into a mock tail for me and, oh my word was that a delight. If you’re ever at Tailgaters 423 in Lebanon, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with Kalleda. Hands down, one of the BEST bartenders I’ve ever encountered. She’s quick, attentive, and pours a mean drink, but it’s her energy that really sets her apart. Kalleda makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the room. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time in, she remembers your name, your drink, and throws in the perfect mix of charm and sass to keep the vibes high.
