“I visited this place once with my partner back in winter of 2024, and returned today for a Mother’s Day dinner with my mom.

Their menu changes seasonally, which I find unique. They also boast all the ingredients being locally sourced, which is also a fun concept.

Note that parking can be limited, and you may need to park along the roads alongside.

Our waitress was kind and welcoming for Mother’s Day. We tried the chicken & spaetzel for my mom and the 1843 filet for myself. My steak was cooked well, I just wish it had been a bit more flavorful. My mom really liked her dish and I did as well. The chicken in particular was lovely. It did take us over 45 min to receive our food, but I attribute that to the busy holiday.

The choco pie was huge and worth the amount I paid for it. The crust was prone to falling apart though so be prepared to make a mess!

Speaking on my memories from 2 years ago, I’d gotten chicken piccata which had a sauce similar to the spaetzel. It was much better this time around, and didn’t have red pepper, which I strongly dislike. The concept was very similar. At the time, my partner had gotten a meat pie of some kind that he still raves about. This was winter 2024, so not the same menu.

Overall, it’s a cute place and a cute concept. Note that A) this is not the place for someone picky, as the dishes are a bit experimental, and B) the prices are a bit above average. More of a special occasion type of place. Make sure you make a reservation!“

“I reserved the upstairs level for a private birthday dinner for my husband. We had 16 guests and everyone commented on the cool and fun vibe of the restaurant. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent. The manager, Michael, was very accommodating from initial booking to the night of our event. He made sure we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen. They also have a really great weekday happy hour! We will be back!“

“We had the opportunity to attend a private event last night and it was fantastic. There is nothing else in the Frisco area that us even close. Everything is top shelf! If you enjoy cigars, craft cocktails, great food and deserts this is your place. The caramel cheese cake and Buffalo Trace old fashions are the best.“

“This is my 2nd time to eat here. On my first experience with a ladies group, I knew I had to bring my boyfriend back! The food was excellent! Drinks and service A+. Also. “We held our end of year dinner for a middle school cheer team and Mike was amazing to work with. We arrived and met with one of our servers right away who helped us set up the area like we wanted. We had 2 servers and they were both attentive, the food came out quickly and delicious like any other time we’ve visited the establishment. I love this place and the fresh made from scratch food. The Summer Berry Salad, Steak Sandwich are a few of my favorites! I don’t think you can go wrong by ordering anything on the menu. The girls and parents had an amazing time!“

Same awesome vibe, great food, and a huge beer selection that never disappoints. Whether you’re there for a quick bite, hanging with friends, or just winding down after work, this place nails it. “Came here for the first time on what ended up being an absolutely Gorgeous Sunday. We chose outdoor seating, and were delighted to have Bentley as our Server. I was a bit overwhelmed by the numerous options available to me (as a vegetarian for 30+ years, usually a fairly limited selection at a burger joint), but Bentley reassured me I could build any combination I’d like. I went with the Vegan Patty (freshly made in house), w/cheddar cheese, crispy onion straws, ketchup, lettuce & jalapeño chutney on the side. It was Effing PERFECTION! I’m so glad we stopped here, huge shout out to Bentley on being exactly what we love in our server: Genuinely friendly, helpful & attentive- you ROCK!“

“The snow globe dome was an absolutely magical setting, beautifully decorated with festive Christmas décor that instantly put us in the holiday spirit. The ambiance was cozy and warm, thanks to the firepit inside, which made the experience even more enjoyable on a chilly evening. The charcuterie board was well-prepared with a great variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, and the bottle of prosecco added a perfect celebratory touch. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. One minor downside was that the speaker for music wasn't working, which would have added an extra layer of holiday cheer. However, even without the music, we all had a fantastic time and truly appreciated the unique and festive atmosphere. This experience is highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, elegant, and memorable holiday outing!“

“Lombardi's catered my wife's birthday party at our home and did an incredible job. Chef went way out of his way and prepared the BEST spread I could have ever imagined. George came and helped serve and tended bar. He was so gracious and everyone loved him. Can not say enough about how happy my wife was. We are always treated like royalty when we dine in the restaurant. If you have a house party these are the go to folks to make it special. Pepe, George, Stefan and the rest of the A Team. Thank you. “The variety & quality of food presentations very impressive. It would have been helpful, however, to know in advance what was being served (& where with multiple stations spread over a huge ballroom) or at least a menu/directory upon arrival! Or even signage at each station that was larger than 8.5” x 11” on pale paper/ink. Alcohol was the biggest problem. NO notice before that the bar is CASH ONLY/NO Credit Card!! AND no room charge available if staying at the resort. Serious mistake here. All this beautiful food with no wine etc unless you happened to bring wads of cash for $17/glass + a tip. CHANGE THIS! The eggs benie over crabcake were sublime as was the prime rib. Sushi rolls were a nice touch, too. Outstanding Experience other than figuring out how to weed thru everything presented & needing CASH to order a drink.“

We went there and it was my sons 4th birthday and they made the experience something that I (36) never have experienced at a restaurant.
