I would have liked to see a bigger wine selection..probably my only critique. We really did like that the manager(?) recommended one of the wines to us because he knew the owner of the vineyard. “I was so excited to try this spot. I ordered gumbo, bisque, and the fried catfish platter! That platter had so much fish, 2-3 ppl could have eaten from it, the gumbo was really good, and the bisque was about the best I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!!!“
“Delicious seafood! I had the chopped salad with crawfish. The dressing has just the right amount of sweetness and tang and the crawfish were perfectly fried. I've also had the shrimp & grits, which were amazing. The service is good, but can be a bit slow when they're really busy. But the staff have always been very friendly!“

“10 out of 10. We come here often but tonight I felt like I needed to leave a review. Everything was so delicious. We ordered 2 pounds of boiled shrimp and we ordered it extra spicy and juicy and they gave me exactly that. Extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend.“
“Food is pretty decent - Pizza was really good last week. Burger/Fries average. BUT - when taking may order - I should have been told that the curly fries were an extra $2 and ranch was and extra as well! Made the lunch menu price not so good.“
“I LOVE this little random bar. It’s inside Alamo Drafthouse. I’ve never seen a movie here so I’m not sure if the same menu is served in the theaters. I have tried the buffalo cauliflower wings a few times and they are always so good! The burger is a burger. Not better or worse than other places. The pizza is really tasty also. “Great service! We came during the cold, and there wasn’t many customers, but still, they were very happy to see us, super accommodating and the food/drinks were great! We had the fried calamari, the mojarra, and the mariscada. Would definitely come back sometime.“

“Highest level of Texas Steak in a traditional full bar service with black tie services. Most friendly waitresses and bartenders! Must try the Delmonico steak! Every time we are in town, we will reserve an evening at Texas! Even though the price is not the cheapest, but the experience is definitely the highest! Even compared with some other newer, higher hyped establishments, Texas is the one we will pick and recommend every time!“
