“We got a new waitress this time. She is polite and everything, but doesn't know the menu very well and double charged us for a glass of wine. We were disappointed at first, then our usual waiter came along. He made the difference: bring us the usual dish, taking care of our requests quickly... We still love this place!“

“Food is amazing, and the beer options are good. The lady at the counter was nice and everything is clean. HOWEVER the manager kind of sucked. I was in the bathroom and he did one those "knock and immediately try to enter" things, like didn't even wait for me to say it was occupied. Then he tells me through the door "make sure it's clean I have to take pictures". Excuse you? Also don't like that he was yelling to the kitchen from clear across the dining room while we're trying to eat. And probably the worst of it.... it's 22° outside and the heater is off. I would be warmer sitting outside in the sun than in here. Definitely do order it to go though.“

“This is one of the best places to grab a salad - however the customer service for Pick up. Every time I come to Cafe Maxx one worker seems to have a bad attitude every time and she always is there working the line. Even when you greet her she is very rude“
