“We got a new waitress this time. She is polite and everything, but doesn't know the menu very well and double charged us for a glass of wine. We were disappointed at first, then our usual waiter came along. He made the difference: bring us the usual dish, taking care of our requests quickly... We still love this place!“

“1st time here! Terrible customer service today. Menu was contradictory. My 80 yr mother ordered the Quiche and Soup. Menu says you get a roll or muffin with your soup. BUT if you order the combo, you don't get the roll or muffin?? What's up with that? Same size bowl of soup. Not a great way to treat a senior citizen. When I addressed it with the server, he would not budge. NO ROLL FOR YOU! Good grief! ... I also inquired about the chicken salad. I wanted a chicken salad sandwich. What they had was a chicken and pasta salad. When people think of chicken salad, they think of the spreadable kind for a sandwich. Menu was not clear on the wording and the employees could not explain clearly! $31.00 down the drain. Needless to say it was a very sad experience and we will not be back. 1st and last time! What a shame!“

“Food is amazing, and the beer options are good. The lady at the counter was nice and everything is clean. HOWEVER the manager kind of sucked. I was in the bathroom and he did one those "knock and immediately try to enter" things, like didn't even wait for me to say it was occupied. Then he tells me through the door "make sure it's clean I have to take pictures". Excuse you? Also don't like that he was yelling to the kitchen from clear across the dining room while we're trying to eat. And probably the worst of it.... it's 22° outside and the heater is off. I would be warmer sitting outside in the sun than in here. Definitely do order it to go though.“
