“My wife and I were staying the night at The Domain, and knew that Haywire had recently opened, so we decided to book a table for the evening. On entry, it’s obvious there’s a heavy Western theme. There’s cow hide on the chairs, some of the servers were in cowboy hats and wranglers, longhorn’s hung on the wall…the whole nine. The unusual thing about the décor, is that there’s also shelves holding bits of old technology, books and toys. The external black brick and shaded yellow accent lights is a color theme I like a lot….looks very slick. The overall look is slick, with a casual yet stylistic atmosphere with nice mood lighting. Anyways, on to the food! We started with the Crispy Pork Belly Bites…they were good. The sweet honey glaze, pickled fresnos and charred mandarins give it a sweet, tasty and smoky flavor. For my main, I had the bone-in cowboy ribeye with charred broccolini. I asked for medium rare, but it came out more medium and I wasn’t that keen on the broccolini. My wife went with the petite filet and tallow fries….the fries were really nice. We used to cook our “chips” in beef dripping back in the day as a kid in England, which is essentially what beef tallow is. I finished off with the Whiskey Bread Pudding, which is made with crossiants and topped with caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. VERY NICE!!! Everything is sourced locally, too. Service was fast and friendly, so I can’t fault them there either. It’s not cheap, though. Price-wise, it’s between Paul Martin’s and Perry’s Steakhouse. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and will be back again.“

“Used to come here all the time before we moved out of town now we stop here every time we're in town , seen they have new menu we tried the homemade tomato soup and I was skeptical ordering it but glad I did, it was really good even my husband liked it, I was very surprised he liked it lol . Oscar was our bartender he did an amazing job keeping everyone around the bar and tables happy while the other bartender was in slow motion.“

“Anita was such a great waitress Friday night! She made sure we were taken care of through our entire reservation. The first DJ around 6 was great. They then switched to another one that was terrible and then switched to ANOTHER DJ again that was great. Bathroom could use a good deep clean. Drinks were fantastic for the happy hour price.“

“My dad went there and got me something for lunch. He said the owner recommended the chicken avocado or something like that and when I finally pulled it out of the bag the sandwich was huge! Like seriously the size of my head! I enjoyed it so much and I don’t even normally like chicken but that was a seriously great sandwich. In addition, he also got me the potato soup and it as well was so delicious. Honestly the best lunch I’ve had since school started. I am definitely going to order more!“

“In my opinion one of the better halal food places - quality meats for sure and you can taste the difference. Decent pricing great food - recommend the Chicken Zinger and my mother in law was really impressed with the chapli kabob.

“Visited for my son's 19th birthday. Felt like we were on vacation. Live music was great and definitely added to the vibe. The food was amazing. Definitely recommend the crab bisque, mai tai and piña colada cake. Definitely a spot for celebrating birthdays, etc. A little pricey, but again, we were celebrating. “We drove an hour for the Christmas pop-up event with our family that came to visit from MD. We loved every bit of the experience. The food and drinks were amazing! “So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. “The hostess was prompt & friendly. I sat waiting to be greeted about 9 min until i chose to say “im ready.” Service was meh, meh!!!! I had to ask another staff for ketchup and a refill of my iced tea. I chose the burger and for $22? My burger was small but delicious and fries was a toddler portion. Totally enjoyed the broth and popover bread.“

“The food was good. The flavor is really nice. My gf got the normal cheesesteak and I got the pastrami cheesesteak. The Cajun fries were good as well. However definitely feel like there was not enough meat given on either sandwiches for the price we paid. Also definitely get a bottle of soda, not the fountain drink. The flavors were definitely weird tasting.“
