“This steakhouse is good! I have been to MANY, all over the states. I had been waiting to try this one for a while and well, I wasn’t disappointed!Lots of seating with the salad bar conveniently located in the middle of the restaurant. The salad bar had a variety of items and Brazilian delicacy’s, they had three kinds of salads and a wide variety of other cold dishes BUT, unlike other steak houses I have visited they were missing soup.My favorites would be the ribeye, grilled pineapple, shrimp and upon request, filet mignon. They have a meat with cheese inside that was interesting and the yuca fries that first came out were dry but my hands were on the cheese breads that kept coming. The plantains were a good palette cleanser too in between all the meats which included Prime Top Sirloin (Picanha), Alcatra with Mozzarella cheese, Leg of Lamb, Sausage, Garlic Picanha, Spicy Picanha and Chicken Legs.The service and staff were excellent, great ambiance for a date night or to bring the family.”

The burger was huge, messy, delicious... everything I was craving.I knew my 20-minute drive would affect the fries and onion rings (I have to get both when trying a new place) so I grabbed a few when I got in the car. The onion rings were HUGE, crispy and flavorful while the fries were the perfect balance of crispy and soft, seasoned to perfection for me.Aida (owner with her husband) is super sweet and helped me get the exact burger I wanted. She even held my order for a bit so it would be fresh and hot when I arrived.Do yourself a favor and listen to all these rave reviews - just try it. It was SO worth the drive!”

D.D.W Hudson was singing loudly and acting disruptively in front of families and children.Despite being asked nicely by a worker to relocate, they refused. As someone present during the disturbance, I feel it's important to share an accurate account of what happened. It's unfair for anyone to portray themselves as a victim when their actions were causing disturbance to customers and families present. Everyone deserves to hear the whole story.I am a regular customer and not Muslim and not Arab. They treat me as always with respect and kindness!!!”

Loved the Kona coffee rub paired with a ribeye- one of the best steaks I've had. The lobster mac and cheese was spot on, and the roasted mushrooms were fantastic! The music on the weekends a VIBE .My favorite dish is the Norwegian salmon comes with peas and spinach ( no picture sorry ) the Mac n cheese is a 10/10 highly recommend. Crab cake is delicious! The waitress , customer service is 10 stars! The new location in Frisco is very impressive my 2nd time going . The original location odd off of oaklawn in Dallas is awesome as well of courseThis location in Frisco is beautiful and more intimate . The main location is bigger I believe and more spaced out and offers private rooms . “The service and atmosphere were excellent! Although I enjoyed most of their food, the fatty tuna and salmon were *way* too fishy and fatty for me. I usually enjoy the fatty parts, but after chewing it more and more, I disliked it a lot. I couldn't eat the rest because it was too much. However, their fried eel and seared salmon were very good! They have amazing rice!! I wish I had ordered just a bowl of rice because it was so good.”

“I visited Knife Steakhouse at the Plano location. I pitted Knife against the best higher end steakhouses in the area, and I mean all of them. I was able to personally watch my well marbled, 32oz, aged ribeye steak being prepared with a healthy dose of salt and a bit of pepper as the only seasoning needed. After about an 8 minute wait I was served one of the most flavorful Ribeye steaks I’ve had. I’m talking steak perfection on another level. This steak needed no sauces or butter toppings to give a wonderfully pronounced flavor with a very juicy inside and a hearty crust. A carnivore’s dream steak. Most steakhouses in the DFW use a seasoning blend or butter based sauces to increase flavors and/or hide the quality of the meat. I’m convinced that this unnecessary if you start with a high quality steak and couple it with the correct preparation and cooking methods. Knife steakhouse has definitely proven this.”

“This is the best Waffle House I have been to. Everyone that worked there said hi, and were very kind. I had breakfast for dinner, and it was all perfect. Eggs cooked perfectly, waffle was awesome, even the toast was great and pre buttered. My server was prompt, kind, and didn’t miss a thing.Yum. My love for Waffle House is renewed!!!”

I wouldn't say it was food for the rich and royal, but I sure enjoyed it anyways. I had the Breakfast Melt and peppered hashbrowns, which were great! I think this place deserves more credit than it gets, because the staff works hard to make good meals AND make you smile. I also got my discount for being an AARP member.I might return but will have low expectations for service. Don't be in a rush when you choose this location. I just can't recommend.”

You have to order from the kiosk and I do wish they had all of their drinks and condiments in one place. There's a bit of a pattern I usually see where food halls are just a place to cram a bunch of subpar, overpriced food with good dating atmosphere; but not here! Legacy Hall has outstanding options for food, drinks, etc that are worth going out of their way for on their own.My highest recommendation is probably the pizza place. They need more sauce on their pies, but the quality and flavor overall are pretty comparable to New Jersey-style pizza I'd get back home. The craft beer place on the second floor is also solid, and I recommend going between 4 and 6pm for their Happy Hour. The boozy ice cream place was a bit expensive for just okay ice cream on the other hand, but at least I can get ice cream. My friends enjoyed their other food but I can't speak for their specifics.Parking is ample and very available. Might be a bit of a walk downstairs to the hall, but it isn't gated/ticketed and is free for retail/event customers.We went for the Kikuo Concert in March and had a great time, one of the most fun nights I've had. Do plan to come back here.”

“We were driving through downtown Plano, looking for an adventure, and ready for anything to come our way .. when Mama Vicky's caught our eye. This tiny restaurant had impressive reviews, so we decided to try them. This was a new style of food for us, so we tried several items from their menu. We ordered a Cubana sandwich, chicken Sope, pork Pupas, and a beef taco. Be prepared to wait a hot minute because they make everything from scratch, order per order. Everything was fresh and delicious. Authentic mexican food. What made it exceptionally delicious for us was taking the lettuce, tomato, feta pieces that fell on our plate, and adding that to our beef taco. Oh yum! TIP: There are only 3 handicap parking spaces across the street, no crosswalks nearby, and this is a very busy street! All 3 handicap spots were full when we arrived, and they were full when we left. TIP: Parking is a beast! Be prepared to circle the downtown Plano area and walk a few blocks, especially during busy times. TIP: There are only 7 tables inside. Two tables hold 6+ people, and the rest are 4 tops. No outside seating.”

The rolls are sometimes too big to fit in her mouth. These were not. I had the Deep Veggie Roll and the Rangers Roll. I also had a side of plain sushi rice (one of my favorites). The deep fried veggie roll was great. Many many choices of rolls to choose from. Only negatives were the initial wait to be served and orders taken (20 min) and very few non sushi choices (non really negative considering it is a sushi place. Go somewhere else if you want something other than sushi!) Staff was very attentive once our order was finally taken. Will go again to try more in the future.”

“I visited Knife Steakhouse at the Plano location. I pitted Knife against the best higher end steakhouses in the area, and I mean all of them. I was able to personally watch my well marbled, 32oz, aged ribeye steak being prepared with a healthy dose of salt and a bit of pepper as the only seasoning needed. After about an 8 minute wait I was served one of the most flavorful Ribeye steaks I’ve had. I’m talking steak perfection on another level. This steak needed no sauces or butter toppings to give a wonderfully pronounced flavor with a very juicy inside and a hearty crust. A carnivore’s dream steak. Most steakhouses in the DFW use a seasoning blend or butter based sauces to increase flavors and/or hide the quality of the meat. I’m convinced that this unnecessary if you start with a high quality steak and couple it with the correct preparation and cooking methods. Knife steakhouse has definitely proven this.”

Sometimes, on weekends, there is a polka band or an accordion player.If you are a beer drinker, I don't believe there is a single domestic beer on the menu. They are all tap, bottle, or can from Germany. The list is extensive. I saw a glass so tall the other day, I almost screamed out, Das Boot!?! The female wait staff are dressed up in Dirndal dresses. “We've been here several years ago when it was Jin. This was the first time since then. We came for lunch, and opted for AYCE ($19.99/person). For this price, the selection of meats and side dishes were great. We ordered LA Galbi, Nubiani, and Chadolbagiand from the menu and also picked several other meats and side dishes from the buffet. They were all great. They also had seaweed soup and beef & daikon radish soup, and they were delicious as well. Their dessert drink was way too sweet for us. I loved they had icecream for dessert and it was refreshing and was a nice taste change. For $20, I think it well worth it and I'd definitely come back.”

The steak nachos were fantastic with generous amounts of meat and their fish tacos were tasty. The ribeye fajitas were a bit pricey but the quality of the meat ore than made up for it. Meal was 2 barbacoa tacos and the polla a las brasas. (Both pictured) Firstly, the pollo a las brasas, if you're truly hungry order the full or of sharing but if just for an individual order the half plate. Maybe not the best seasoned/flavored chicken but acceptable. Dessert was a tres leche cake provided by George, thanks. I personally, not a big fan of tres leches but it was good. “After coming here with my boyfriend, this has officially become my top dim sum restaurant to go to in the DFW area. The staff and owner are so welcoming, kind, and efficient with their service. Anytime we needed anything, they were right there to check on us and provide what we asked for. The inside is spacious and beautifully decorated. The booths are also very comfortable. The restroom is also clean and has a cool sink design. We ordered a large variety of dishes including clams in black bean sauce, eggrolls, beef shank and tripe in chili sauce, mala crawfish, Chinese broccoli, sticky cakes, and pork xiaolongbao. Everything was SO good and I am so excited to return when I'm in town again. I especially loved the crawfish and the beef shank and tripe in chili sauce, I could not stop thinking about these dishes in the days after. We also tried their homemade peanuts, which were served warm and fresh. The sticky cakes for dessert were also the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. I am incredibly excited to return when I'm back in town. They also have big round tables for larger parties to share food in the traditional Chinese way, which is awesome for when I want to bring friends.”

“My husband and I enjoyed a delicious ramen meal at Kizuki a couple of months back and I have wanted to write a review since! The ramen was absolutely delicious. My husband, who lived in Japan for a couple of years, has had a hard time finding ramen places that serve miso ramen but Kizuki serves it and does so in a beautifully thick broth. The wait staff is very friendly and the ambiance is fun! Not to mention in the perfect central location at Legacy. We really enjoyed our time chatting with the manager and waiters and already can't wait to go back for more delicious ramen!”

“This is my wife's and I favorite place to go eat! It almost feels like you're walking into Japan when you walk into the restaurant. My wife always gets the Chicken Tempura Roll which is AMAZING!!! Half the time, I just tell the server "surprise me;" and literally my plate is clean towards the end. Which is why I don't know the name of any sushi's that are pictured below. I have never left disappointed from this place! In all honesty, we'll most likely be long-time Yukihana customers for life!”
“This new restaurant is in the Plano area and though South Indian, it is not Andhra/Telangana cuisine but cuisine from Tamil Nadu. We got the Malabar Chicken Curry (medium spice level) and their Thalpakattu Mutton Biriyani. The food is prepared to order so you may have to wait a bit but honestly worth it. The Chicken Curry packed good flavor and you could taste the coconut milk and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The spice level was between mild and medium but that enhanced the overall flavor of the curry. The Biriyani on the other hand was a bit spicy but not your burn-your-tongue spicy and packed great flavors. The meat was cooked very well. My wife who is not a biriyani person took a second helping, which means a lot. The restaurant is clean and bright and the furniture/fixtures are new. The service is personal. Seems to be a family-run business. All the best and I hope they do well.”
